6. Why should I accept you over someone else? On NomNomcraft they trusted me with OP, So why can't you? The server is turning out well, but the owner isn't really doing anything or hiring devs to help. My extensive knowledge of plugins and building talents will surly help the server grow. I am kind and friendly to all players, and can detect a hacker from a mile away. I will be on everyday to help out. Usually just to build or helping a player.

Are you fast at solving problems : What I like to do is, wait for the people having a problem such as arguing to see if they solve it themselves, if I see it escalating then I will take action to muting both of them for 10-20 minutes. For spammers just a normal kick and a mute right after, no point in giving a warning if they want to spam, mute length: 20-30 minutes. Advertisers, insta-ban obviously, same with hackers and griefers. As soon as I am notified with a problem I will deal with it ASAP, within my power.
Are you devoted : Yes, I will be on daily to help around with the server. What I will do, if I can is build. As much as I love to build, which I am good at it, I don't always want to build day in and day out. Hence, me applying for Moderator not Builder.
