Was just playing around with your command combiner and used it to build the basic blacksmith building from the villages. The version that had a self destruct seemed to dislike my relative coordinates but the other one left some of the command blocks and redstone so I just filled that area with air to get rid of it. Not sure if that's the best way to handle it as I do end up with an activator rail being dropped but at least it comes up a clean build and no other leftovers now!
