Swap biome house - I made a new world a few days ago! I was trying to work out a good roof trim I think cobble contrasts a bit to much and I wanted to focal point to be the windows.
The interior - I wanted a cozy warm feeling so I went with some carpet and a closest. I wanted to keep it feeling natural so I added many pots with plants to really make the tables pop.
The tunnels - I am starting to make tunnels where I can build my farms storage etc, I have a fishing farm, Storage Room build plus some basic furnace and enchanting rooms
BTW: all in survival obviously
Timezone:Eastern Standard Time (EST) Favorite Building Block: Wood, it contrasts with a lot of blocks as well as having different sub types making it work with a lot of different blocks. Favorite Biome to Build in: Really don't have a favorite, I try to construsuct a Build idea and then decided what biome to Build it in, but Strengths: Weaknesses: Probably Redstone, I can wire simple things and I understand most redstone tool clock, BUD switch etc, But I can not make large Redstone builds, but it is something I am working to try and achieve! When did you start playing Minecraft: Alpha, I also played the flat world building servers before Survival Mode was ever introduced.
Part 2: Learning You Minecraft Skills On a scale from 1-10 Rate yourself and an explanation why. Building: 8/10 I am no Mithrintia, but I watch a lot of Youtube videos on Building at the highest levels and have pretty mcuh orienteted all my Minecraft Worlds around builds. Fighting Mobs: 10/10 Very very easy to fight mobs IMO, if you are playing a UHC type of gamemode I know how to leg swat skeltons and zombies and easily kill all mobs with out any trouble what so ever. Fighting People: 8/10 I have played many many PvP game types on servers such as capture the wool, Survial Games and just basic TDM. Farming: 7/10 By farming I assume that you mean making auto farms, iron, gold and witch farms. I can't make them without watching a video to help me remeber all the steps to building them, but other then that I find it quite easy to make them. Redstone:5/10 As I said my weakness was redstoning, I am trying hard to improve, but my skill are limited to average
Part 3: Advanced Questions: Expected to have 3+ line answers for most questions. Who is your Favorite Minecraft Youtuber, why: I love Etho, he was one of the first I started watching. I love his kind of awkward funny attitude as well as his ability to be professional and compete large projects. I have always envied his effort and time he puts into his single player and all of his projects, because there are few youtubers that actually entertain me and Etho is for sure one that can provide me with enjoyable content.
Favorite part of Minecraft: My favorite part of Minecraft is Building. I love thinking about cool unique Build ideas and putting time into getting the materials as well as planing. I have been Building since the days before Survival was a thing and when there were only about 10 blocks in the game and everyone had a flat part to build the coolest things. I have spent time learning how to build professionally and I am currently taking courses in Highschool to become and architect hehe
What makes you better than the average Minecrafter: Experience and Maturity. I have played Minecraft longer then I can remember and I have done everything to become the player I am today. I have spent so much time into learning everything about the game and nearly obsessing over it! I also am very very mature and can solve problems with easy and get along with many many people. Tell me about yourself: Hey! My name is Travis Mays and have lived in Canada Ontario for my whole life. I grew up playing with Lego and blocks loving to build things and creating. I have played many other games at high levels before such as CoD (Wager matches) and Hearthstone (67th in NA as well as being a huge community figure). I am starting to get into design and architecture to become an architect.
Why are you applying: I really want to play on a SMP server again because I having more free time and would love to stuff it full of Minecraft. I have always watched Mindcrack and Hermicraft and wanted so badly to find a professional SMP server that is open to applications.
How much do you see yourself playing: I see myself playing quite a bit! I want to really contribute to the server and get a lot of projects done so I will be putting in time accordingly. I can see min: 2 hours a day max: 7-8
Why are you the best option for the server: I am looking to contribute. I am the kind of person that does a lot for other and wants to build farms for the community and make town halls nether hubs etc.
