Does anyone have a server that hosts race for wool maps? Something a friend and I could play. Hopefully we can meet some friendly people to team up with :]

2: Eh, dunno. Christmas does have Christianity origin. Today most of the world sees it as a chance to trample people to death on black friday and/or a moneymaking opportunity.
Yeah, I just looked around for Mojang contact details (email, mail, etc.), I couldn't find a single nugget, that is bloody lousy, Mojang really need get better at being a dev, if it's not buggy updates it's no official support...
That will have to do I think I'll check with friedzombie tuesday and if that doesn't work, screw it! Haha, I don't want to take a chance at making a twitter account just for mojang to possibly see my problem
Well, your computer won't lie to you, so you must have a glitch with your Minecraft, being as we've tried what we can, I can only recommend that you contact Mojang.

Those things are nearby - it's a farm. But a fairly small one. Certainly not enough to be causing the lag. The world was created just before the latest update. But even after updating, was working fine until last night.
Are you playing on hard with that new snapshot? The one with the crazy fire spread o_o
I really have no idea. Normally I would say your computer can't handle it but you mentioned it's only occurring in one world. Very strange
I haven't been keeping up with the updates but I forgot how much I love the tilled soil(Yeh...) I have to say I'm not used to how dark the pack is compared to default =D
Really like the new food bar, and the netherwart looks so alien.. and I agree that netherrack is amazing
just to be sure. even when you restart the computer and without starting minecraft it still says established?
But sure trying to force update and having the latest version of java might solve it. (not too sure to be honest).
I still really appreciate your time and help! Java was recently updated so I know it's up-to-date. I deleted minecraft.jar and logged into minecraft but it's freezing at 'Done Loading' :|

Pretty weird the snoop part of minecraft should close nicely with minecraft.
What it sends is spelled out really lengthy under options->snooper settings.
But it can't do anything if minecraft is closed completely (check if minecraft is still loaded).
You can also turn it off at that page, and disable it all together.
I've restarted my computer and still find this.. I've had snooper disabled ever since it was released. So it was on for only a day or two after MC 1.3(?) came out
Have you noticed this problem for you as well? Should I try re-downloading minecraft?
Well, I'm not too sure, if you've had snooper settings on before, then it may just be keeping the channel open for some unknown reason, if it's just "LISTENING", then I imagine it's fine, if it bothers you, do a re-boot and see if it's still listening.
I don't really mind it listening but this is good practice I try to be safe online even when it's not 100% possible
I was double checking what was running with Microsoft's process explorer. I checked some of the properties and noticed that it says snoop.minecraft.net was listening. I don't have minecraft running and I set snooper settings to off but it seems to be running
Am I just misreading information here? I'm probably just being overly paranoid

Derp. Forgot you have to delete .minecraft to force update.. or was it just the bin? Oh well haha. Force updating now. Will post this with updates

I don't know for sure but established and answer sounds like my information is going though

I guess it's found in svchost.exe but is applied to the whole tree? New to this but I have some common knowledge about it
