On this world that I play on, I have used a lot of torches, 920 seems a lot on this world, but isn't as much as you have used, I'll update you guys at some point when I mine more coal and use more torches.

I have used 920 torches, this includes crafting, placing and breaking them, this isn't a lot, but I'll give you an update when I have more later.
I've been playing since the release of 1.5 back in 2013, and I don't know how many torches I've placed/used in the time I've been playing, it could be in the millions but I don't know how many I've placed/used.
we're still waiting for forge to come out for 1.13 up to 1.13.2, and also when it updates, the weather2 mod will get updated which will be good as that mod has hurricanes already in it
well if you want 1.7.10 localised weather there is a mod called weather2 by coros, it is way more updated and has more weather events such as hurricanes, major hurricanes, thunder, tornadoes, waterspouts, high wind, hail, rain and snow, and there are HD particle clouds with that mod too.
A weak F0 missed my base by like 1 mile, no damage was seen, except for grass being turned to dirt.
I'm gonna be staying with 1.7.10 since the newer versions just lag my game, if forge for 1.13.1 releases and this mod gets updated to that version, I hope that the fps issues actually gets fixed.

I found a bug with the 1.7.10 version, when you go out to a corner of the random biomes config, it just turns into an ocean.

If only this had forge support, this would work great with the weather mod too.

this mod isn't getting updated anymore, dynamic surroundings replaced this mod and it is a whole lot better.

this mod requires multimc not titan launcher, nobody uses titan launcher anyways since multimc is way better
