a couple sentences about yourself: I was a dedicated Minecraft player for a couple of years (played during the release 1.2.5 to 1.9). I have been on a hiatus from the game since the 1.10 release. Prior to that, I ran a server of my own that was dedicated to recording let's play videos, I no longer have any of that content available to the public but some of the other players have their videos, so I could dig those up if you're interested. I am a fan of automating everything and doing whatever kinds of complicated tasks I can do with Redstone. I also was fairly good with command blocks for a time, when I was running the recording server I had started building a working chess board with command blocks. I am a professional programmer during the day, looking for a group to relax and hang out with in the evenings when I find myself home.
Minecraft skills: Full working knowledge of core game mechanics, prior to the 1.10 update. Took a bit of a break from the game so reexploring the idea of playing.
What type of player are you? Very focused on getting whatever build I have in mind done if there are others around to chat with. I am definitely more of a Redstone focused player. Love building farms and automating all of the things I can.
Reasons for applying? Looking for a whitelisted community of players of a similar age range, most of the apps seem to be 20-30ish.
Do you have a YouTube channel? Yes, however, I no longer produce videos. Spent over a year running a Minecraft recording server and learned I am not passionate about making let's play videos.
if so, would you make a series on the server? Not likely.

EDIT: After posting I realized I am not signed in with my main forums account. I can resubmit thread with my older forum account instead of this one linked to twitch if needed. Well seems you cant log in with anything other than twitch now..... rip my old forum history.
