posted a message on Hiring - Paid moderators on 2000+ player server

I've been a plugin developer and head admin for several servers. Players in general like the way I work because it is systematic and structured. They see I'm not biased towards other players so I believe it is a really good trait to have in order to be a successful admin.

As a plugin developer, I was told to create simple plugins that would have the server get into 'maintainence mode' which allowed admins to kick everyone and give a kick message sayin that the server is under maintainence.

As a admin, I was assigned to mainly focus on hackers and see if there are players cheating in any way (we had a sever hacker problem). I'd usually take pictures or video of the player hacking and request the higher up to ban the player. I was then promoted to Head Admin and my duties extended onto 'admin accountability' which they meant that if an admin was acting irresponsibly by abusing powers, saying profanity, etc, I was ordered to discipline them and sometimes take away their admin powers.

    Thanks

    Johann

Skype: (I'll let you know in private chat if you're interested)

Experience: About 1.5 years of coding bukkit. I've assisted in creating several plugins such as a rpg plugin, kit plugin, and magic abilities plugins. (All custom).

What can you bring to YuzoCraft Fun Server 24/7: Proper assistance in maintaining server plugins, creating new plugins from scratch if needed. I can also provide help in moderating players when I am not coding any plugins. I have the experience in moderating players so it isn't something new.

How will you bring in more people?: Through the ideas I can present to the server as well as advertising everywhere if needed.

Thank you. I was wondering what I should be looking for in a motherboard. I looked that the one you suggested and I compared both the motherboard that Scarymonkies and you suggested. The only difference I saw is that the the 970 is expandable to 32gb while the other one is expandable to 64gb.

Would you mind explaining what makes that Motherboard better over the other one? Thank you once again :D.

I made these two builds and I really don't know how to choose my own power supply.

    Here is the first:

    Here is the second:

Also for the second build, can the CPU run the Video card without any "bottlenecking"? I've heard that some CPUs can't run with some video cards if it's not matched right.

Another question about this build is if the mother board is decent for the build?

I also found this video card MSI Radeon R9 280 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card but it's a little bit more expensive. Is this card better than the one you had on the build?

How much FPS would this build run on Minecraft? Just so I can get a good idea on the performance of the PC. :)

Will this cpu work well with any GPU?

I heard that I would need to buy a GPU that a CPU can run to prevent "bottlenecking". I'm guessing that means the CPU slowing down from using the GPU.

I'm thinking of using this GPU

NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 2GB Video Card

Edit: Wow, I thought this was just the CPU, I just realized that it's a whole build. Thank you :D.

    Oh yes.

I'll need a new OS. A monitor can wait since I can use my old one for now.

    Alright, thanks for replying. :)

What could I do to have a better computer at a lower cost?

The problem with building my PC is that I really don't know where to shop for certain parts and what components I need to make them. Would you mind listing me a few websites that can help reach my endeavor?

    Thanks :)

Edit: What parts would you recommend for gaming? (Budget is at around 800, I prefer to save some money :D)

I'm not so good at judging PCs. I have two options here.

Please keep in mind, I want a PC that can handle gaming. How much fps would I expect in Minecraft? Which one is worth the money? How much of a performance gap would I see if I were to test these two PCs?

    1st PC costs $800

    2nd PC costs $350

    The first PC has

    Processor: AMD FX 6300 3.50GHz 6-Core

Chipset (I have no idea what that is, mind telling me please? :) ): AMD 760G Chipset

    RAM: 16 GB

Video Card/Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 2GB Video Card

    Second PC has:

Processor: AMD FX 6100 BULLDOZER SIX CORE 3.3GHZ WITH 14MB TOTAL CACHE

    Motherboard: GIGABYTE AM3+ MOTHERBOARD

    RAM: 8 GB

Video Card/Graphics: ATI HD3000 GRAPHICS WITH HD READY AND TOTAL 2GB MEMORY WITH 512MB DEDICATED

I hope you guys can help me out here. Thank you :).
