From what I've heard Hypixel is being allowed to still operate their store by Mojang under pretty much the same conditions.

So recommending something, or even referring to the amount of fans, as you did, as a reference for performance, is both worthless and damaging.

It's that the 3450 is comically overpriced. You can get an i3 for $10 more at the same clock speed or faster.
