This mod is great. My only criticism is something that was most likely an issue with the baseline game anyway; While I can customize controls, I cant swap the mouse buttons. I've played Minecraft my whole life with left click being build and right being destroy and this new setup trips me up all the time playing.

I have to say, I really appreciate what you're doing here. Alpha is still a ton of fun, and this mod adds enough quality-of-life features like the FOV slider to make it perfect.
There are just a couple of things I wanted to ask:
- Would you be able to incorporate the HD texture pack fix? The original mod isn't available anywhere I've seen but the fix itself is fairly simple - you change the fire and water animation generators to use the dimensions of terrain.png rather than fixed 256x256 dimensions.
Does anyone know where I can find the HD texture fix for Alpha 1.0.17_04? I've checked the GitHub repo, but no luck, I'm afraid. If anyone has a copy of an older version I would very much appreciate you sending it to me.
Hahaha, per-biome CTM used to make the glowstone block look different in the Nether and in the real world? Jesus Christ, that's so damn smart I logged back into this account just to compliment you. Really really nice work.
I believe there is an F3 shortcut that leaves the game running even when alt-tabbed. However, I can't remember the shortcut, so look it up on the Wiki.

No mipmapping issues whatsoever!

So I'm just working on a small personal project, and the sides of my grass blocks look quite strange, but only with mipmapping enabled.
This is without mipmapping enabled.
This is with 4x mipmapping enabled.
Below are my grass.png and grass_side_overlay.png.
I'm really not sure what I've done wrong, so if anybody has any ideas, I'd much appreciate them.
