I keep seeing that too. Not only does notch's loading system work slowly, but it also gives children nightmares. Good work notch, my brother won't sleep for weeks.
well someone suggested i make a parabola bridge, so thought i would at least try. so after i googled parabola i gave it a shot.

Yeah he mentions it on the kickstart video (link on his blog).
He feels like its not his creation anymore, and loses motivation, (by adding things he didn't think of). Although that is changing because he has a full time dev, forgot his name... working on MC. This is the guy who developed the squids... Also most of the stuff on this last patch was from other mod builders. Save file formatting, lighting fix... he didn't code that stuff.
If you use the seed "Hollow", there's a little square hole in a hill, and if you look fast enough, you'll see gravel falling, and plugging it up. Well, it WAS hollow, anyway :3
