What do you think is the best way to resolve problems with younger people?: Well by younger I'm assuming you mean like 6-11 years old? Well, What i know about talking to kids, is that they're usually very impatient, and want things done quickly with no delay. So I will help them personally (server and real life) to see what the issue is. Or if they don't feel comfortable in the environment they're in.
SCENARIO: A player insults another player: Kick the player from the game that said the insult. (AKA give them a Warning) and tell them to re-read the rules of the server.

Have you ever been banned? Yes, on a hunger games server for killing a lot of people quickly and someone reported me for hacking (I wasn't hacking and it was a 30 min ban cause the only proof they had was word of mouth)
Tell me about an experience you had on a server that was unacceptable: 0, and I mean 0 staff assistance, it was just awful not having any of my questions answered in a timely fashion, I get that staff can sometimes be busy but it certainly doesn't take longer than 10 min to respond.
Why do you want to join the shattered souls? The map looks really great and I'm hoping this server becomes big because that would be awesome!
