Joining a town will allow you to protect your items and belongings in a chest once the mayor has set up a plot for you, and you have claimed it with a sign, you can now place all your items in it, and no one can access it unless you add them to the sign! This is a very handy tool when it comes to building, pvping, or storing brewed potions!

So I made a town to test something, but then deleted the town. After I deleted it, I tried to reclaim the land again as a new town, and it says "this area (3, -11) already belongs to someone else." any help?
