Other players cant hear me it might have to do with local/global chat. Which plugin is causing the problem

OKay so in groupmanager there are the default ranks:Owner, Admin, Builder, etc. And I use /mangadd to add a new rank; which i called "Trusted" But then The Trusted Rank isnt generated in the groups.yml? Am i doing something wrong!?
