So I was checking out the new mob implemented in 12w38a, the witch, who is mainly hostile and throws poison and damage potions at you as an attack, with a blue bottle graphic that appears in hand when attacking. It really irritated me that they didn't get too creative with a new type of attack. (although I do love the new bats)...I was thinking that instead of the bottle graphic appearing it should be a wand, which would look like a blaze rod with a nether star at the end. In addition, rather than throwing potions, the witch would shoot fire charges. The witch has a 2.5% chance of dropping one upon death. Or it can be crafted with 2 blaze rods and a wither skeleton head. Its durability bar allowsd you to fire 15 shots before it breaks. Aimed and fired in the same way as a bow by a player. Comment and vote with your own thoughts, and like if you agree! Maybe we can see this put into play in the next snapshot!
With the new snapshot 12w37a, they have added undyed areas on dyed leather armour. I feel like it massively takes away from the awesomeness of dyed armour. (Adding, what looks like, dirt/poo spots to the knees was a horrible idea)..The brown spots should either be removed completely, or recieve sizable reductions. Anyone agree?
I ment after it is crafted, sorry for not clearly stating that. You can craft both without a bowl, but in order to place them on a block, you then have to take the cake/pie and craft with a bowl.
This would be incredibly useful for exploration under water, a breath of fresh air! I also think a good rare drop for the blow fish would be a "blowfish skin", which can be right-clicked above water to fill it with air, then if you are underwater and right-click it, it refills your air meter. Making longer underwater exploration/creation possible
I would really love to see the animal life implemented, along with fish and sharks too maybe (we could use a hostile water mob, maybe they can break boats with a few hits, similar to zombies with wooden doors). And underwater plants would add alot to the game as well (new food and recipes)
I definitely feel like wine should be added, and when you drink it 3 in a 5 minute period you get nauseau, and slowness for 8 minutes but oyu also get strength level 2 ..Clear solo bottle, i fill you up, lets have a party!
This is the same idea I had upon finding out about pumpkin pie! Cake and pumpkin pie should require bowls in their crafting recipe, and should be placeable, along with stew. I would add a whole new affect to kitchens/bakeries!
Create the world through single player, then edit it with the "kingdoms lore" you want, and import it as the server map. It shouldn't be too difficult; I've done the first and last part before when I used to run my own server.
I agree with Spec. The large biomes generation is incredible and, at this point, the most reasonable choice, considering there is no definite date for a new release of ExtraBiomes for 1.3.1.
