Why should you be whitelisted?: This is always a question I find difficult to answer when I apply for a position or membership, I always feel arrogant when I do. Anyway, I suppose I would say that I am a mature, sensible person, I have been a part and led many communities before whether it be servers or forums. This is essentially the exact kind of server I have been looking for so I'm excited to find out if I am accepted!
Anything extra that we may want to know about you: I haven't played Minecraft since the 1.2 update (official release), after a few updates I decided to come back and play it again. After dying in my first hardcore world I got interested in joining a server, but I don't want to be flooded with all kinds of plugins.

I think it may have to do with the companies leniency when it comes to pirating, they were taken advantage of,

Mature: I'm 17, though I go to my local college for an advanced math class and I am more mature than the majority of them. (I guess they are college kids, and my 14 year old brother is probably more mature than a lot of them. :sleep.gif:)
Bukkit Experience: By this I am going to assume you mean plugin installation and configuration? If so yes I have hosted my own Bukkit servers before and have a good grasp of it. (If for some reason this age comes into any conflict with payment for whatever reason, let it be known that I don't require any payment, nor is this application one for power. If anything it is to join a community that I can be a part of and help better said community.)
Microphone & Vent: Ventrillo I do have, however I am having a problem with my microphone at the moment. The mic isn't picking up my voice at all, and is instead sending out constant static to all receivers. Luckily it came with a years warranty, I have already sent in a ticket and was informed the replacement should be arriving by Saturday, assuming the roads don't get bad, if that's the case it won't arrive until Monday.
At least 15 hours a week free time: Most of this will be weekends, but I can usually get on for an hour or so later during the weekdays.
Graphic Design skills: I use Photoshop and sometimes gimp, I'm no professional at it, but I have experience here is a link to an album containing some graphics I made for fun: Photoshop Album.
Recruitment skills: Not exactly sure what you mean by this I assume recruiting new players. If that's the case, I can usually think of some cool promotion ideas to get new people interested, and make posts about them on threads.

Position you're applying for: Anything below co-owner. Preferably Admin (I would say moderator however slots are filled) (Reasoning: I am not exactly swimming in money as a 17 year old with no job, however this summer I may be able to assist with finances.)
Experiences related to the position you're applying for*: I have run multiple servers, ranging from creative to pvp. I have experience with plugins because of this. I have also had experience with moderation and administration on multiple server, the largest being a 50 slot server which usually had 40 on during an average day (this was early beta times.) I am a strong, firm leader, but I have compassion and I am willing to listen to criticism. I do not act superior unless such behavior is needed. I have some experience with voxel-sniper, and I perform well with worldedit. Depending on if the server gets a website/forum I can be helpful on there as well, I have moderated multiple forums.
Experiences NOT related to the position you're applying for*: I pride myself in being a pretty decent redstone engineer, and I love doing community/mass builds. I used to have screenshots of some of my builds, but they were lost when I transferred data from my old HDD to my new one. I am pretty geeky so if you need it I may be able to help with computer/networking problems, but can't guarantee anything. Not sure how viable this skill will be but I like to mess around with photoshop, I'm no professional but it's something I can do. Something I guess worth noting is that I like to build with my hands over worldedit if at all possible, of course sometimes for big projects I used it but building with my hands is more fun. Also I like to play survival-like even with access to creative because its more challenging.
