With the standard coloration of the "Creeperous Explodeous" or Common Creeper it looks as if it where covered in some form of camouflage. This leads every naturalist to wonder why has it not evolved after leaving the plaines it evolved in to hide in all the biomes with a change in skin pattern?
So I have seen a lot of post's taking about the net jungle biome and a lot of people wondering what they will be like so What do you guys want to see? Aztec / Mayan, Hindu, or something totally minecraftian?

Slightly more back on topic. If palm trees could drop Coconuts from their leaves, which in turn could be crafted into 2 cocoa beans, i think that could work quite well.
Ummm... Cocoa trees and Coconut palms are not the same thing.
this is a coconut palm...
We have Jungle biomes now, so when do you guys think that we will start to see Cocobeans growing in the the jungles? it would defiantly make exploring a bigger plus if we could fined more rare resources above ground. let me say i dew want them to still be rare maybe one in ten thousand trees will be coco-trees. so saying a jungle biome has 100,000 trees only 10 will be coco-trees, which is still easier than finding them in a chest.
Hay guys/gals ever have that itch to play something that hasn't seen the light of day for more years than you can remember? I'm not talking StarCraft 1 or Oblivion. No I'm talking about the old Sierra adventure games and the like. I know a lot of people may have only heard of Zork, or Space Quest II mentioned on shows like The Big Bang Theory, or The IT Crew. But for those of you who's first memories of video games started with c:/_ this thread is for you.
Hahahahaha. I like. The recipe could be 3 iron, redstone, 2 redstone torches. The torches strobe!
A strobe would be good for finding the location of the siren. But I feel that should be a different block, like another form of glowstone that is compatible with redstone, so they could run off the same sircet.
So guys I have been building a lot of redstone and industrialcraft things most of which I like to set noteblocks as alarms for when things are done, but like many people I like to know if my stuff is not working properly. Like when my power plants are melting down or a creeper just took out half a refinery or wheat farm. So I was thinking of sirens, they would be heard 4 times as far away as a note block and would have different sounds instead of notes. I was thinking of 8 iron and one redstone in the middle for the crafting.
I like the way it is right now because sometimes you may think it's a vein of 3 diamond but when you dig a little bit more you find the rest of the vein. Your way would make getting diamond armor a 1-hour-from-spawning-in-world thing.
Not really it would still be like finding a needle in a haystack. a Diamond vein would be a one in a million thing.
From what a friend told me it seems like the number of ID's is hard coded into the engine, so it would be a lot of work to add more. Adding a new Block/Item ID Index would be the way to go if its even possible. I just don't know how the block ID's are stored in the code. there is a million ways to store information in code.
On a side note how many block ID's have been used?

Because this would be bust as useful in regular minecraft as in industrial craft. Creepers love my vanilla redstone frames.

Easy but boring. shaft/hallway mining always makes you rich, but it is boring as hell.
