posted a message on Halo 4 OST - Nemesis (Gaunt Remix) Dubstep!
    Hey! Gaunt here :D
I decided to participate in the Halo 4 Remix Competition and I turned "Nemesis" into an orchestral Dubstep track! I really really need help getting this song out there, and I have posted here before, so maybe it will turn out to be profitable.

Anyway, here's the remix! All of you Halo fans who are eager to get their hands on #4 ought to appreciate such a production :D Maybe. Haha

    http://soundcloud.com/gaunt-official/halo-4-ost-nemesis-gaunt

Important Note!!! If you like what I did, please hit the "Favorite" button on the top of the player, that's how the competition determines people are voting for it (from what I can tell). Enjoy!!

    Thanks! And Cheers!

DayZ is unique. You wont find anything as brutal and unforgiving as that.

The dead linger? When it's out ahahahahh

I agree it is unique. I have waited for such a game/mod to come out for a game for so long. I have always wanted a game that is open world and completely survival. It's the icing on the cake when you implement real world survival tactics and elements (hunger, scavenging, etc) on top of a completely open world.
The only reason why I do not play DayZ is for one fact.

I have Hughesnet. It's a satellite internet, and gaming online is NEVER going to happen unless I have a different ISP. :(

And I seen The Dead Linger on some post I found on a forum via google... I didn't read much into it, but now I'll have to.

So if any of you play Arma 2, you probably know about the DayZ mod. The DayZ mod is an open world zombie survival mod that lets you play online with thousands, maybe millions, of players, in a struggle to survive in the extremely vast, open world. I LOVE games like that. Open World, Survival (eating food and fighting for equipment and weapons), Zombies, Conflict/War... Etc.

To keep it quick and simple, does anybody know of a game like that DayZ mod? One that is single player, or LAN capable? I have googled for hours on end looking for an Open World survival game where you (and probably your friends) put yourself up to the test of surviving against all odds in the most unlikely environment (like in a zombie infested world lol). No, I am not talking about something like Left 4 Dead or The Elder Scrolls games... It's something somewhere inbetween. Something that would have the open world elements of Skyrim, where the game basically never ends and you can explore as much as you want, but with elements where you must eat, and you must fight. Now I'm rambling again, but does anybody know of such a game?

A couple examples of what I've played and are relatable to are:
    -Project Zomboid
    -Minecraft (OF COURSE!)

It sounds great! I vote if I sing up to the site, I just don't feel doing that yet... but I can say that the remix is great, and could easily win if there wouldn't be so much people that are allready known well and ask for votes.

E: Listening your tracks on soundcloud, absolutely amaizing work. I'm only starting at making music and mixes, but I have enough time on my hands. Using Ableton Live isn't the easiest thing to do, and I can see you're using FL studio 10... I might get that later too.

Thanks a ton man :) Glad to hear you like it, along with my Soundcloud tracks :D I appreciate that positiveness! It's also great to see a fellow musician in the works! I hope you succeed bro, keep at it, I started music production as a hobby and one year later it's taken pretty much all the spare time in my life, AND I LOVE IT! haha
Fl Studio is a wonderful program no doubt about it, but I would also love to learn Ableton too, for more Live performances n such.

    Hello everybody!

I am Gaunt! You may have seen me post electronica music here before ;) I need your help.
I entered the Beatport "Sander Van Doorn - Chasin" Remix contest and voting has opened today (July 6th) and ends in a couple/few weeks (July 19th). I have been producing music since the beginning of 2011 and want to get my name heard, but you can't get your name heard without a crowd of people who really like your stuff first.

That is where you come in!

All I ask is please head on over to this link:
    http://play.beatport.com/contests/sander-van-doorn-chasin/4fe86bf6b8ed7457870002b3
sign up for your free Beatport account, and then vote for my track, Sander Van Doorn - Chasin (Gaunt Remix), (that is, if you like the work I put into it).

I would appreciate this so much if you took a minute to do this for me, if you wish to check out any of my other pieces of work, please be my guest :) You can find everything else here:

    Thank you!

Idea: If you have ever heard of Monstercat Media, you might want to get in touch with them. I would love to see you under their publishing. That would be epic.

Edit: I would like to use one of your songs for an intro of a Minecraft let's play I'm making. Would you mind that at all?

I looked them up, and I am pleased with their page :D I think I might message them and talk a bit if they respond to me! Thanks for sharing, it definitely would be epic!

Also as for using one of my tracks, go right ahead! Just let me know which song you wish to use, and I can send you the song if the song you want is not downloadable. Also all I would really need is credit that I am the creator haha, but go right ahead and use them if you wish, it would be my honor!
