I am pretty much certain that once activated, you have until eternity to use your code.

You should use the code pretty fast though because occasionally people use gift code generators and they might get your code and become lucky.

posted a message on Server Help
I am not exactly sure if this is what you want, but you can download a world and then set it as your server's world and there you go.

If you are looking for a whole separate world, then you probably want this plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/multiverse-core/

posted a message on How does this tab list work in vanilla?
This is most definitely a plugin. While everything else is controlled by command blocks, there are still a few plugins. Anti-greif, essentials, ranks, and a few other custom ones to make the game compatible on a huge server.

Most likely they trick the server into thinking there is a false player on which they can name anything. I am not exactly sure as I haven't dabbled very far into plugins.

    Please don't mini mod.

There is nothing wrong with mini-modding.
If anything, it is encouraged. I just want clean discussions here.

Slight support. I can see the uses, but it doesn't hold enough weight to make it valuable.

posted a message on Rotten Flesh to leather
Just to point out to the people who say that the recipe doesn't make sense, look at these examples.

How can a diamond and some wood play records? (Jukebox)
How does some redstone and wood play perfect pitched notes? (Noteblock)
There is a lot more to tnt than sand and gun powder... (TNT)
Or how some cobblestone and redstone can spit out items. (Dropper)
Three sugar canes make pieces of paper? (Paper)
Some redstone and iron magically points to your spawn... (Compass)
Some more redstone and gold can predict the time perfectly? (Clock)
A bit of paper and gunpowder can make a rocket... If that was true, north korea would be kicking a*s (Fireworks)

Long story short, the recipes don't always have to make sense. It isn't like we are playing real life now? Even though I don't support this, saying that the crafting recipe doesn't make sense is a lame excuse. Go and find something else to criticize, but crafting shouldn't be one of them.

Also, skin color doesn't always decide the race. My friend is from india, but he looks like he is from somewhere in africa. My uncle is white, but he works in the sun all day and has a tan making him look spanish. It doesn't even matter. Plus, no one has ever said that the player is any race ever.

Steve is a Human Being. Not a white human, an asian human, a black human, or a spanish human. Just a human

posted a message on Marking Maps - Map Beacon as craftable item?
    Full Support!

I would like to know how this works in multiplayer though. Maybe it only shows up on maps the player who placed the beacon created?

Also, how would this be crafted?
    Maybe this?

How about when you provide a redstone signal, it turns off.

I also made a gui here

Other than that, your post is kinda vague, but the idea is really good.
