Why do you want to join this server?: Looking for a server for my wife and friend to play on. We used to play on a survival server a year or so ago, but it broke apart since then. We have no interest in the mainstream minecraft things like minigames and factions and prison and so on. We are looking for a server where there is a smaller community, 20 or so people on regularily. Basically a place we can hunt, farm, build, and have enough people to socialize with.[/b]

Hey Humanfiend, i figured they were rare, i dont see them posted much anymore, but yeah, more or less a whitelisted living room hosted server is what we are after.
Brent, appreciate the reply but "ranks" and "earning money to rank up to gain access to mining spots" is pretty much the opposite of what we want.
Ruto, We may check it out, baby isnt feeling well so wont be today, but i have this page saved.
Hi folks, we are looking for a server to play with other folks on. Things like Lichcraft and other big servers dont appeal to us. No minigames, no pay to wins, just a group of people to build and live with. We used to play on one that had very few additions to it. It had things like people couldnt open your doors / chests, a way to see the map via browser, and a few other things, but for the most part was a survival. We built towns, people didnt use creative mode, and overall had great fun. Anyone have suggestions, or do people run servers like this anymore? Thanks.
My wife and I are looking for a server to play in survival mode. We would prefer a more barebones server, but I know those are rare. I tried lichcraft and arkham, but they are so flashy, and neither seems to have survival worlds for 1.8. Any suggestions?
Why do you want to play: Creative mode can get boring, and i tend to dislike most of the minigame servers. I like playing minecraft, not prisonbreak. Why should we let you play: Because it would make me happy... How many years did you play minecraft: 2, off and on. I tend to play with my wife. What is your maturity level 1-10: 7ish What blocks and how many do you need to make a Iron Golem: 4 blocks of iron and a pumpkin or jack-o-lantern for the head.
