We already have upgrading tools, enchanting. But I think it may be interesting to "upgrade" other items like torches, but you have not really explained how to do that. Half Support!
When someone asks people for suggestions (e.g. "I suggest we add ender creepers to the game... the rest of this suggestion is up to you hurp durrr.") and someone points that out, I see this excuse sometimes: "I don't want you guys to be lazy!".
Every time I see that I cringe, that is the WORST way to get out of that situation and makes you sound hurp durish. The only person who it lazy in the thread is YOU, why don't you put some effort into your suggestion instead of blaming US for being lazy when it should be YOU who is making the suggestion to begin with.
These worms pop out of dirt blocks and have 1 healf and and deal .5 hearts of damge everytime they hit u. they fly extrmleee slow, like mayb 1 blok evry 10 secondz. they drop 64 diamond blocks on death and 50 levels of Exp

I don't know if I would call it that necessarily. There are probably a few suggestions that I have made that I don't think are worth creating, but someone might see it, like it, and create it for themselves. Plus, I am sure many people will have legitimate and well thought out suggestions. But in the long run, anything in the suggestion forum is on some kind of wishlist, because if someone didn't wish it to be, they wouldn't have bothered to post it. And if someone wants to think of it like a wishlist and just throw out an idea, I support that on this thread.

Only moderators have the ability to lock threads, otherwise people will spam lock all the threads. If you see a rule breaking thread, report it instead.

Mojang does test the games. That's why they make snapshots. Believe me, if they didn't find bugs through snapshots, Minecraft would practically be unplayable.
