[b]Why are you interested in becoming a staff member?[/b] I am interested in becoming a staff member on your server specifically because, I believe I can help you can your server progress and become bigger, I want to be there and be able to say "I was there from the start" because I believe your server can get really big from how strict you are taking everything.
Why should we choose you for a staff position? [/b]You should choose me for the staff position because I am willing to work and do anything needed to help you the server to progress and get bigger, also from everything I said in the question before. To add onto that I am passionate and will never rush anything that has to be done.
Tell us any previous experience you have had on other servers with certain positions: [/b] the First server I ever applied for I was a Mod the server was called CityCraft, that server didn't last too long because the owner of the server was not that passionate about working and gave up after 1-2 months. After that experience I went through quite a bit more I was Admin on a server a little bit after being admin the server stopped due to the same reason, then I became helper on Lachlan's prison server ( if you know who that is). There was much more but I do not remember them specifically.
[b]How mature are you?:[/b] Well for me it depends on the situation if we are just chilling playing around I can joke around with everyone, and if the situation is serious about banning someone or anything along those lines I will be as serious as ever. In my opinion, I am pretty mature.
How well do you cooperate with other people, and how is your ability to work in teams?: [/b]This answer is somewhat like my answer before it depends on what we are working on for example if we are working on a building project I would work perfectly fine with other people but if it's working on testing commands etc. I would rather work on my own, and if I'm working with someone I would say I work really well with other people I never get frustrated even if it's something I would rather do on my own.
Why should we pick you over other applicants? [/b]Well, to start off you should pick me because I am not basic I love doing everything differently, and thinking out of the box. I can work really well with other people, I am respectful, know when to joke around and when not to, technically because everything I have said as an answer to the other questions.
Let's say a player on the server is using excessive language and offensive words. What steps would you take to stop this? [/b]I would politely ask then to stop first, and if they don't I will bring matters into my own hands mute them, once there mute is over if they continue I will give them a longer much, if it continues after I will kick them, if it still continues I will ask a person in high power to do something about this person if I do not have the power to.
