I finally got the rending start now it is taking over 24 hours. I found some commands to cancel the render and I started a full render, every few seconds a message is sent to chat progress is at 493200 tiles how long will this take, since it lags the server a little?
I'm running the 1.7.10 version with Candycraft and I can not make a whistle cause candycraft overrides it to make a fork, is there a fix for this issue?
I have tried multiple times to add the 1.3 version to my server and every time I do it will not allow players to join the server. I have no problems with 1.2.3 other mods I'm running are the_dalek_mod, weaponmod 1.14.3, The SecretRoomsMod, Stefinus Guns 0.5.2, Pam's HarvestCraft, MrCrayfishFurnitureMod 3.4.8, More-Bows-2-Mod, ironchest 6.0.62.742, DoggyStyle-1.1.1.93, inventorypets 1.3.5, Dinosaur-Dimension-Mod, CandyCraft, BiblioCraft 1.11.2, backpack 2.0.0.1.7.x, MB_Battlegear2-Bullseye 1.0.8.1, SecurityCraft 1.7.4.1. The mods without version numbers I don't know them.
I used &0 and it worked fine, must of been problem with essentials when you tried it. below is a sample book:

I have same issue, in the past I have made schematics of the buildings I created using world edit and created new world with same map seed and paste my buildings back. with the map changes biomes will not be in same location, you will need to find new location to place buildings. This time I made roadways and will not be as easy. I have found a program which might help MCEdit, has filter in chunk repair called decliff.
Extreme Hills Edge it is still in game since I find it often, been to 40 different biomes and it has not gave me achievement yet guess there is either more of it is impossible

I can't get candycraft 1.3 to allow players to join my server when it's install, everything works fine with the 1.2.3 version
