Hey, thanks for taking the time to read this, I seem to have a unique problem because I never receive an error message when it comes to uploading my Xbox360 save to Xbox One, I have tried to find solutions on the various help pages on the internet but those attempts have been fruitless. When i try .to Retrieve my save my xbox freezes at about .32 Mb every time for about 2 minutes then eventually gets to .77 mb then freezes indefinitely. I've tried hard resetting, re-uploading it, and re-downloading the entire xbox one game. Any ideas? Thanks
