Okay, I was playing Minecraft, trying to survive the first night in one of the towers in a village I spawned next to, and I start hearing a weird noise. I hadn't recognized it because it's been quite a while since I've played Minecraft. I looked out the window and saw the strangest thing.
I have no mods installed but there is a great big Slime hopping around the caveless plains of my world.
I have more picture but for some reason the others say something about "youre not allowed to use that image extension on this forum".
If it works without Two's Complement than just don't use it. The only reason I see it being necessary is if you wanted to do more with your machine and it was absolutely required to do it.
I remember playing on the Glacier seed and being lost within the forest part... I didn't really want to dig into the cave to make my house, but I didn't have another choice at the time.
Are you trying to install a forge mod. If it is a forge mod you should now how to do it. But if it is a regular mod, you need to go into your versions folder (which is found by typing %appdata% in you search bar, then click .minecraft). Once you find your versions folder, copy the 1.6.4.jar and 1.6.4.json. Next you need to rename both to the name of the mod you are trying to install. Then inside you .json fill rename 1.6.4 to your mad name. Then copy all files form the mod file you downloaded into modname.jar(renamed 1.6.4.jar). Then open your minecraft(new launcher) and do new profile. Name it your mod. Then click use version, you should see the name of your mod there, click it and run minecraft. It should all work.
You know, I would do that, but I don't have a .minecraft folder. I've already gone into the folder options and enabled the viewing of hidden folders, so I don't know why I can't see it if it should be there.
It would be great if you had the ability to selectively turn of spawns for some mobs, since some seem to conflict with other mods to creative massive block lack (even in single player). I want my dungeon mobs back, but I need to be able to break blocks (and conveniently going to peaceful feels a little cheaty, though it fixes the problem).
Everything but Lizalfos seemed pretty familiar to me....
I'll be preparing some base classes.
This is the info I got:
modid="Galaxycraft"
name="Galaxycraft"
version="?"
Shall I prepare a config file for changing the IDs?
That's a great idea. It will boost compatability with other mods.
By the way, forge has a built in dimension api now right? I think we were going to develop using forge before.
Hopefully they make the game run better for people with laptops with integrated GPU's like me then.
I'm not sure, but I think that's every laptop ever made. It all built together then shipped. If you have, for example, integrated graphics on your motherboard, that's just a graphics card built directly onto your motherboard. Plus, laptops aren't really made for gaming. They're made mostly for business, and being able to carry easily and travel with. That's why it's much better to have a desktop computer for gaming.
If people crack Minecraft, or any game for that matter, they're only limited their own gameplay. i find games to be much more fun in multiplayer, but you can't play online with the cracked version of a game.

How is this still under discussion? This was literally 10 months ago! Accept it people. Move on. It happened, now it's over. Jeb is his own type of developer, and we just hve to live with it.
I tested this earlier and I tried to report a bug but I couldn't so I'll just post here and hope it gets read.
The Ender Dragon can fly through the Obsidian Pillars without breaking them. I also noticed that in some seeds there's water that doesn't flow when it should. It sits there as if the map was altered using MCEdit.

It just kinda kept going in one direction until it unspawned.

EDIT: I figured it out myself.

Yeah I'm using 1.6.4. Just can't find where it installs? Is it supposed to be the same place? Maybe it just didn't show up correctly.
