You can also check out the mod section to find some of these to improve the hardness level of survival. I believe their is a hunger mod, and some other mods you mentioned in your post.
To hide the door wire, do this:
Where is the door and is wire.
EDIT: And is a redstone torch.
It changes, but the door is always shut. The wire that is connected to the torch always seems to be lit. Why?...I have an inverter that leads to one redwire, that then leads to the torch up under the door. So it's one litte wire, thats always lit.
I think this is the best community to come to. I've never had a problem with hosting RuneScape Private servers. I have my IP set-up, and the only thing that is giving me an error is the port. I tried the default one (25565) and 43594. I added 25565 like I did 43594 in my router settings.
I also have my IP ready. But when ever I start the Minecraft server GUI, it gives me this:
[INFO] Starting minecraft server version Beta 1.1_02
[INFO] Loading properties
[INFO] Starting Minecraft server on mcworld.no-ip.info:25565
[WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
[WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind
[WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
No other server is running... :/
I have mcworld.no-ip.info set up. And I also have the server configuration file set-up correctly with the right information:
#Minecraft server properties
#Fri Dec 24 11:32:41 EST 2010
level-name=world
hellworld=false
spawn-monsters=true
online-mode=true
spawn-animals=true
max-players=4
server-ip=mcworld.no-ip.info
pvp=false
server-port=25565
(Don't know if this is the right section, but can a moderator please move if it isn't?)
I got a new computer, with more RAM and Memory. So I'm a bit excited, because the other computer was 4 years old and the whole family used it. But this is MY computer, so games wont be lagging like crazy.

I tried yesterday. I fully completed portforwarding, the server just wouldn't start properly. :sad.gif:
