Basically, My account has been hacked (Microsoft migrated java account).[/p] I contacted minecraft support, they told me they can do nothing about it as the account has been migrated to microsoft. I contacted microsoft support and they were NO help, i waited and waited, and after 18 days they come up and reply telling me that they suspended my account for "safety purposes" and that if i want the account i would have to transfer it to another microsoft account via xbox support. I contacted xbox support and this was their reply:[/p] " Thanks for contacting Microsoft support for Xbox[/p] Unfortunately we are unable to transfer your Minecraft licenses and data from one Microsoft account to another. We truly apologize for any inconveniences, but this request is out of our support boundaries."[/p] Please guide me on what i have to do.[/p]
