My name is Shaun and i am currently in the (early) process of developing a new Minecraft network. This is a high budget idea, which aims to one day consist of around 10+ game modes. I have years of experience in developing servers for my friends and for personal use, but i'm sure as you could guess, its a big job to take on solo. I am looking to hire a network manager to help me with the brainstorming, development and future hiring of staff. This position will come with all the perks that a co-owner would have, just minus the title.
The point of the network manager, is to assist in higher moderation amongst the game modes in the network and acts kind of like a staff manager while I spend my time managing a lot of the logistical elements of running a server. This person will also have a large say over the going-ons of the server and can be of huge assistance in the early development stages.
I would just like to note also, that as a means to save money, i will not be purchasing the hosting until concrete plans for the server are in place. This is obviously so that I can save money on time that we don't need the server for a time when we are ready to go. Cheers!

I don't have a specific age requirement, its all about maturity. I also require you to have at least a bit off server knowledge, but if you're fairly new to the server game, there is time to learn
The person I pick will be assigned the 'Network Manager' rank on everything server related, and will be second in control, under me. You will also have OP in game, and among me getting to know you, I may also give you access to console when you've gained my trust.

we are a very new network still in development, and are looking for helpers and builders during the development process. Our short-term goal for this server is to release factions and SkyBlock as our first two Game modes.
we are still in the process of setting up our lobby and I have just finished configuring staff member permissions.
as I said we are in a very very early stage of development and we can use all the help we can get.

I have a lot of previous experience running servers and making a profit from them
I make roughly $2000 a month and upon success of the server, am willing to spend an exceptional amount on it.
we currently have a very small staff team and could use the help of some Creative builders to make a lobby and anything else we may need
Along with the role of builder you also be granted the permissions of a helper including the ability to mute warn and kick players.
along with the builder position we are also looking to hire some helpers who will eventually be promoted through the staff system. We need people with patience and experience with moderation to help run our server.
