Maybe you could build a tunnel specifically from the spawners to your base or preferred location, so that you can still have some to fight but control where they come from?
Give them a couple days and make sure they have unrestricted room upwards for at least. 6 spaces, I think?
LOL I forgot. I call grain saplings but oh well.
Are you on a snow map? I had a snow map and the trees would take an extremely long time to grow and I was beginning to think I wouldn't be able to grow them but after many days they finally did.
EDIT: Just put them in dirt with nothing above them for 6 spaces or whatever and wait. That's all you can do. Also, if you have them too close together, sometimes grown trees will kill saplings by making shade.
All I want is for it to be day all the time but I want to be able to disable it when I'm done. The thing is, I like to screw around (ex. making a GIANT lava waterfall) occasionally and I'm building a large castle and it is not easy to fit such things into a day long schedule. I don't need an inventory or map editor or anything, just time.
So are there any hacks to maybe freeze the time but be able to resume it later?
I don't want much. I would be fine for a long time should he decide to abandon this game. I would probably move on to other games and remember this and come back.
He already said it is funny how one bucket can create a waterfall. Magic buckets!
I frickin hope he doesn't fix this. That and infinite water make the game so much more fun. I would be seriously disappointed if I couldn't make waterfalls and everything.
That would be really awesome but I don't think you should control them, just ride them then hop off. It would be useful for going in between towns and such.
Good idea, but wayyyy overpowered. I don't think creepers should give diamonds and I think they should leave stone because that would take the fun out of mining. I like the slime idea but without the gold, and the spider part is cool.
And how about "Bonus Mode" only available to people who bought the game before the beta?
This is probably stupid for me to say this, but did you try getting a newer version of JAVA? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version. Also, try some compatibility options if you're on Vista or 7.
Crappy local DSL at about 3mb/s DL (0.5 mb/s upload D:)
Dude, at least you have DSL. I would kill for it. I'm using my Droid's 3G and I can't play worth crap. Thing is though, I can play CoD4 and Altitude fairly well. 1Mb/s, BTW.
And what's bad about Vista? I would be on it now if it weren't slower. It's way better than Windows 7. Not 64 though. That's bad.
