when in the resources file you put the mod folder inside the minecraft resource file right?

its the shockahpi r4 and yes i didnt put anything from the src folder

i used a fresh minecraft thing (deleted the whole folder then used force update)

I did it in this order modloader audio mod shockahpi r4 aether
i also deleted meta-inf before all that

any help how to fix this?
