I'm having what seems to be some trouble with the Witchery mod on the FTB Infinity Evolved 1.7 pack.
So for some reason I will use the Rite of Binding to bind a tamed ocelot to become a familiar to me. Everything works correctly... The problem occurs when I travel far away in the world. I'll come back to my house and the familiar is no where to be found. This is the second time this issue has happened. Is this normal for them to just disappear or am I doing something wrong?
I haven't tried using the circle magic to call it back. I'm just curious if this is supposed to happen?
Hi, I recently decided to try Minecraft on my new ASUS gaming laptop which has not been a total success so far. I'm not sure if it's normal or not, but I seem to only be getting 20-30 FPS on the game. I was recommended to try Razer GameBooster, but it was a no-go as I still got the same result. Apparently another user mentioned I should be getting around 100 FPS at least?
The OP is referring to the particles that fly off blocks while you are breaking them, not the cracks that appear. AFAIK the particles are hardcoded and cannot be changed by a resource packs, without changing the block's texture. I suggest turning Particles down to Minimal in Video Settings, it is not an animation.

That's still a main feature of Minecraft. And probably very hard to remove/replace.
Ok so you did a Town at the resource warp then? Then you just have to set use "/t set perm"
If you do "/t townname" like "/t Aurelia" You'll see what I attached to this post and some more. The attached screenshot shows the different perms and such allowed in a town. And yours for the town you created for the resource warp area.
Now use "/t toggle explosions" "/t toggle pvp" "/t toggle explosions" "/t toggle firespread" etc to change those flags at your liking.
And use "/t set perm" "/t set perm on" "/t set perm outsider on" "/t set perm destroy outsider on" etc
For you it would probably be enough to just do "/t set perm on" wich sets all groups Resident, Friends, Outsiders to ON on all perms.
Then toggle pvp and explosions as you want.
If you JUST want purely Destroy and Build, do /t set perm off and then simply turn those two on for the groups you'd like.
R Residents
A Allies
F Friends
O Outsiders (This is anybody that is not in that specific town or such. This is what you would want.)

I wouldn't recommend deceiving your parents.
I used to do sneaky stuff like that, but then I was caught. And I was grounded from the internet for a year.
Now I'm 17 and I still get in trouble, but boy I don't dare to deceive or ignore my parents wishes ever again.

Do you have any incompatible/unsupported mods relating to maps?
Or maybe it's a glitch with you recently playing a server and it still has some effects kicked in.

I recommend as the only time you want to contribute to a server, is if you really like it, donate to them.
In my opinion, paying for virtual items is a waste since they get used up (depending what you buy).
But permanent items are usually more expensive. So it can go both ways.

I enabled it in a world I created, but I still can't PVP!
What I tried:
/mvm set pvp true
/mv modify set pvp true [world] (world = resources)
Any suggestions?
I just don't want PVP in my plot world.
