posted a message on Introductions & Leavings
Hi, my name is Roar, or Roaring, or Kitten or Kitteh or whatever. Anyways, I've played Minecraft since 2009 or 10, don't remember. I've only now made an account on the forums-- obv. I really like building, and I'm always trying to learn how to make my builds better, so if you're intermediate/good/ultragod at building, we should talk and show each other tricks and tips and stuff. I like computers too-- build em', break em', use em', abuse em'.

With that being said, I like to play a lot of different games. If you want to play some games message me, or if you're making a game or something message me and I'll happily test it! Also, I'm good at finding ways out of maps and finding little tricks and stuff on servers and games-- so if you're making a server or something and want me to help with that kind of stuff feel free to ask or something. I like helping in general, so ask me to help you, personinneedofhelp.

Anyways I'm going to bed right now, so I'll check this post tomorrowwwwww

posted a message on What is your worst moment in minecraft?
I was strip mining, it was dark, cold and wet. I was growing tired from all of the mining, but at the same time growing excited about the resources I managed to find. I was happy, it was the first time I was using my newly enchanted Diamond Fortune III Efficiency V pickaxe with my Diamond Efficiency V Unbreaking V Silk touch I pick. I came to a lava pit, I easily poured my overflowing bucket of water on it, and smiled at the sound of the lava, hardening into obsidian. I dropped down into where the lava used to be, and found eight diamond ores, shimmering right in front of me. I mined them, and easily got about twenty. I wasn't able to pick them up because of my inventory being full. I sat, and organized my inventory.

Four stacks of Iron ore, one stack of gold ore, six stacks of redstone, four stacks of lapis lazuli, thirty-seven emeralds, and a full stack of diamonds. I had all of my tools, and some backups-- just in case... didn't have any wood to make a crafting table, so I wasn't able to smelt anything and make blocks. I had to drop something, so, I dropped some stone, thinking to myself, "What am I going to do with this?... I have a cobblestone generator at home anyways." The diamonds came into my inventory smoothly, like they belonged there. I decided to walk back down the mine considering my inventory was full, I was feeling encumbered.

On the way there, I thought, "Wouldn't want to miss any diamonds, lets just check here real quick." I turned to the left and started mining. Surprisingly, I found the diamonds within 30 blocks. Right under the first diamond was a bit of lava, it only looked like it would be about a block deep, so I wasn't very scared-- although I could fall into it because of the way I exposed it. I ran out of torches, so I was picking up stone too. Suddenly-- I hear a zombie, I panic and turn around.

By the time I turned around, I saw a baby zombie right at my feet. It spawned and ran down my mini-strip mine in seconds, it managed to knock me into the small bit of lava-- which turned out to be two blocks deep. I was devastated and scared. I immediately right clicked and accidently placed cobblestone on my head, instead of dumping out my cold... refreshing water. I was wearing full diamond armor, so I wasn't taking too much damage, but since I was fully emerged into the lava, the cobblestone destroyed a bit slower than normal. I finally got the cobble out of the way and dumped the water on my head while I killed the little zombie... It was great, and hardened the lava. I had 2 hearts left, I realized I was starving and so I immediately started crouching, and I ate some food. I only had a bunch of rotten flesh-- so I sat and ate for a while.

By the time my hunger was filled, a death screen popped up. A shiver ran down my spine, I felt stupid, and never wanted to play Minecraft again. Idiotically I left the water on my head and didn't even realized I was drowning with what was going on. My hardcore world that I had for over a year was gone, I was devastated and immediately quit Minecraft, and laid in my bed for a little.

posted a message on Removing the stripes from glass block in a legal way
Maybe smelt regular glass again, and then it will make the clear glass? This sounds like an okay idea, but I do use texture packs so it's not that big of a deal.

This is a great idea, more light is almost needed.

posted a message on More Paintings: Use Wool Color to Select Texture File
The ability to change the color of the wool you use to make the painting sounds nice, but adding more paintings doesn't sound nice. If I were to use lime wool to make the creeper painting or any of the other lime green-ish paintings, that would be less frustrating than left and right clicking forever.

posted a message on Boats Evolved; bigger, modular boats
This sounds good, but it would probably have to be simpler to be added to the game.

posted a message on New Nether Feature Suggestions
This is an okay idea, but maybe instead of adding overworld ores to the nether think nether exclusives. Rubies = Diamonds, Chrome = Iron etc. Maybe the boss would be like the Wither but, it could only be built in the nether.
(The villagers and village idea sounds very bad imo, also all these extra things hurting you in the nether doesn't seem necessary.)

It's not really neccesarry, but it sounds okay for building, which is you know, kind of, is part of Minecraft.

posted a message on A use for rotten flesh
This sounds okay, maybe rotten flesh would just make 1 entire piece of leather. But then again, cows would be kind of useless and rotten flesh is already dog food.

    Really small amount of support.

posted a message on Remove Nether Fog
But, that makes the nether spooky and stuff. I wouldn't like to see it removed, the nether isn't a place where I spend most of my time anyways. I'm not going to sit and look at it, I try to get in and out as fast as possible.

posted a message on [Tutorial] Guard Tower
A lot of the pictures are missing, also, you should try and make some kind of cool pattern with stairs and stuff on the walls to try and make it look better/let you see better out of it. Maybe you could find out a way to use cobblestone walls for aesthetics?

I'm not going to take myself away from everything on the internet, music, people etc. just to play Minecraft smoothly. It's not necessary. I always talk to people or listen to music while playing MC.

posted a message on Race Selection
Race isn't necessarily visible form a skin, but then again it doesn't matter. Steve has no race or gender, matter of fact Steve was originally called "Player". Nobody plays as Steve though, we all have skins. No support, this was a bit silly.
