Sure, but that defeats the purpose. (leaving almost immediately by boat)

The island I mentioned I saw with another single tree (to the NW) is indeed an Oak tree. But other than that, it's barren sand and a bit of soil. I think a single grass tuft, so it's even worse (other than the tree type) than the first Island. It's not far, about 1 minute real-time swim, NNW of your starting island.

I'm still building supplies before I bail off in exploration. I have 2 tree farms now, and a wheat farm (still not at capacity). Finally got down to diamonds, so I can exit through the nether if I wanted, but I have a boat for actual sea exploration as well. ...I'll probably set up a portal and link it, but leave overland instead, then try and find my way back in the nether. ;)

    Neat seed!

    2 things:

1: I must have a lot more render distance than you set... I can see another island in the not-too-far distance with another tree. Unsure if it's Oak or Spruce. Doesn't look to be Jungle or Acacia, and definitely not Birch. I'll check it out "tomorrow". Or the next day.

2: I had a lot better drop luck than some, apparently. I got 2 seeds and 4 saplings from the initial grass and trees. So I have a VERY small farm running at water's edge, and trees growing on the "low" part of the island. I've also sandscaped most of the coast so mobs can't swim on... as soon as the first tree harvest is done, I'll light the island so I can work outside at night.

...I'll probably move the farms offshore, to their own little manufactured island, once I have enough dirt. with water surrounding it (instead of my usual block in the center), I should get good growth rates, and be able to light it easily.

from there... it's either go exploring for a place to build a permanent home, or do a LOT of deep digging. While I don't mind that, the lack of any animals or animal products (no leather, no wool, no feathers) is annoying. I'll probably mine enough to find iron and coal, then bail.

It's not flat, but a generally good starting seed I've found so far...
    FUBAR

Didn't use large biomes. Forest start, water nearby, across a river is an Extreme Hills biome with a bowl-like structure inhabited by cows and sheep.

So, wood, stone, water, sand, coal, and livestock all immediately available, with the probability of emeralds.
Haven't explored it long enough to find if there's an NPC village or jungles around.
