Eh, Purplicious? Not that I'm not happy with the burnable coal nuggets, but did you remember to change the recipes to yield/require (coal>nuggets and nuggets>coal, respectively) eight nuggets? Because coal still makes nine nuggets when I try the recipe. Not that I mind, really, but it's a balance thing, you know?
Yep, still silly fun. There's one little thing I feel is missing though, and that is burnable coal nuggets. That's the main reason I tend to use Progressive Automation over Inventory Pets (sorry). Consider reducing the output of coal or charcoal to eight nuggets instead of nine, and give them a burn time of 200 ticks. That's one item, just in case you're not familiar with ticks and such; unlikely, given how you're a modder.
Is it overpowered? A little bit, yeah, but no more than many of the pets. It's not really a gamebreaking sort of overpowered, more like a we-do-the-same-thing-but-better sort of overpowered. Like the ocelot and night vision. I could use potions, but using fish saves resources.
Also, Dubstep Pet will forever hold a tiny spot in my heart. Time to try it out. #DubstepPetFoLyfe
A quick heads-up, I'm going to start making a few schematics for the TARDIS that are designed to be used for mod-specific structures. Right now I'm going to make a chamber with an outline for the Blood Altar and a chamber made to house the Infusion Altar. Are there any others you guys/gals want to be made?
EDIT: And speaking of Thaumcraft, are there any plans to add aspects to the various items?
2ND EDIT: Okay, I think I did something wrong. I accidentally placed an invisible block by the name of 'door', but now I can't remove it because it lacks a hitbox. How can I remove it?
I can haz shock breakers to install on a robo-me? Or at least something to reduce (or negate) falling damage?
EDIT: and something far more important: can you add a config option to prevent black hole generation in specified dimensions? Right now I can't access about half of my TARDIS because of a black hole that generated underneath my indestructible floor.
this has always confused me is the Aether or Eternal Frost
the opposite of the nether
we will never know
That really depends on one's view of the Nether. If one were to see it as a sort of underworld, heaven (Aether) would be the opposite.
But if you consider the physical properties, it would be a pretty f-ing hot cave, so the opposite would be a pretty f-ing cold cave (Eternal Frost).
If one considers the ecosystem (undead, Blazes and ghosts), then a life-filled realm (Overworld, Twilight Forest, Erebus) would be the logical opposite.
If one looks at the actual structure, just a pocket of air covered in stone, then some sort of free, mass floating in an expanse of air (Aether, End) would be the polar opposite of the Nether.
But if you were to take a look at the amount of freedom of movement given to you, some very restrictive realm (Eldritch Land from Thaumcraft 4, Runic Dungeons) would be the opposite.
Finally, if you consider the amount of danger the Nether contains (drops, monsters, lava, fire), then a nearly harmless dimension (Tropics from Tropicraft) if the antithesis you are looking for.
That was a little list of 'opposites', hope I was less than helpful.
Can you make the sugar blocks work with the ore dictionary, please? Tinkers' Steelworks and Gany's Surface both add sugar blocks with the same recipe as yours.
I might have a nice suggestion for the ocelot, but I'm not sure if it's possible. Or if it's a good idea, for that matter. My idea was to have ocelots give you fish every so often, but only when in ocean/river biomes. I've based this on one of my cats, which occasionally catches fish from a pond nearby. The 'catch rate' of the pet should be a bit higher than the consumption rate, to give a sort of semi-automated food source. It shouldn't be enough to constantly feed the player, of course, but it should help just a bit.
Superflat, everything standard, only enabled cheats and creative. It was my first attempt at a test world. Important question though, does this fix of yours work in Mystcraft worlds generated as flat or void? If not, I really recommend only letting them spawn when at least 80% (you can change this, but 80 sounded good to me) of the structure replaces other solid blocks.

The chest is from Equivalent Exchange 3. The book might be the new WIP Blood Magic book, but I'm not sure.
