What can you do it benefit the server (lots of detail) - Firstly, I'm experienced, as will be shown. I know what I am doing. I am familiar with the vast majority of common plug-ins, such as Essentials, WorldEdit, CoreProtect, WorldGuard, Factions, EchoPets, Holographic Displays etc etc. The list goes on. Furthermore, I am familiar with a large amount of mods, not that I'll be needing that information. No only have I had first hand experience with the moderative/administrative commands with these, but I also understand all the basic commands, and their permission nodes, and what they actually do. Another thing is my personality and mentality. I'm a nice guy. I love talking to people, playing with others, and having a good laugh. I find that building these positive relations between other staff members and myself, and even other staff members, really pulls a team together, and that massively increases work load capacity and efficiency. You won't need as many staff; it's like the difference between 10 guys digging a hole with their bear hands, and a single guy digging the hole with a spade. The spade is going to be much more efficient. In the same a way, a tightly knit, skilled team will do way better than a larger, less experienced teams that have arguments all the time. Moreover, I am mature and kind. I am always able to stay on task and focus, and do it to the best of my ability, and I don't get as distracted compared to others. I actually enjoy doing work, and doing it well; it gives a sense of achievement. I get along with others well because of my maturity and ability to handle sensitive information. And finally, I am kind. Kindness is defined as acting with generosity and selflessness. What does this look like in minecraft? This could mean giving up your house and giving it to someone else. This could mean giving someone your own money so that they can buy some wood, or stone or whatever; not cheating it in, and giving everyone a million diamond blocks, or spawning in an enderdragon. It means giving your own time or resources up in aid of others. And I do this. I do it because it means I have something more to do, to keep me busy, whilst at the same time giving others more of a chance to do something, giving others more of a chance to enjoy the game; as I said before, a server is for the players, not the staff, right?

What are your experiences (as admin) - In terms of general staffing, I have plenty of experience. This goes back around three years, when I first started to work on servers. I did my thing, helped out, and generally had a lot of fun playing with others whilst being able to keep the server child-friendly and SFW, and I could make sure that everyone was having fun; a server's not for the staff, it's for the players. But after a year or so working on some small-time servers, I decided I wanted to go a bit more technical, I wanted to give something that not many others could; skill, maturity, and kindness. This is when I started administration. I worked for a few servers, such as CNG/Viper Network, DominusPVP, and other PVP based servers, at the same time as enjoying playing on Pixelmon servers, roleplay servers etc. I managed permissions, assisted with staff management, and was a general help for the upper management. I really enjoyed having bit of both back-end and front-end administration, whilst still being able to play, and moderate; it was a pretty good upgrade from a moderator, though it required more work. I've had a couple of positions here and there as a Staff Manager or Co-Owner, and our servers made a decent amount of money, though ended up being drowned out by the more popular servers, such as the Hive or Hypixel, but we had a good run. On the whole, I'm a veteran in the field of both moderation and administration, and generally been able to help servers, and make a real, significant difference to others.

Why should you be a part of our staff? Firstly, I'm experienced, as will be shown. I know what I am doing. I am familiar with the vast majority of common plug-ins, such as Essentials, WorldEdit, CoreProtect, WorldGuard, Factions, EchoPets, Holographic Displays etc etc. The list goes on. I actually enjoy doing work, and doing it well; it gives a sense of achievement (albeit not very much, building a dirt house). I get along with others well because of my maturity and ability to handle sensitive information. And finally, I am kind. Kindness is defined as acting with generosity and selflessness. What does this look like in minecraft? This could mean giving up your house and giving it to someone else. This could mean giving someone your own money so that they can buy some wood, or stone or whatever; not cheating it in, and giving everyone a million diamond blocks, or spawning in a level 50 Rayquaza etc. It means giving your own time or resources up in aid of others. And I do this. I do it because it means I have something more to do, to keep me busy, whilst at the same time giving others more of a chance to do something, giving others more of a chance to enjoy the game; as I said before, a server is for the players, not the staff, right?

Why do you want to be a part of our staff? I want to apply for Bryson Craft because, first of all, it looks very professional, and second, I want an executive team that cares about it's staff members opinions. These seems to be one of those network. I have been tried out being staff on loads of these servers, but none of which seem to be interesting or fun, and the higher staff doesn't seem to care about their staff; they justenjoy having the power whilst it lasts. I gave up on these sorts of servers ages ago. They don't care. You seem to understand that power comes from the people who give you it, and that you can't be an owner unless you care about your staff members opinions, and what they think of you. I also want to have an input or thought about where a server goes, and, again, you fit this perfectly. And, like I said earlier, you are professional. You have made an entire poster, just to post on the forums, which I hope you made yourself, and didn't just get off some website :D. Even so, I can tell that you know what you are doing, and that this server is going to be good, so I want to be a part of it

Experience: In terms of moderation, I have plenty of experience.

How can you help the server while it is in development? Whilst the server is in development, one of the main things I can do to help is team building between staff members. I can keep up morale and activity, and make sure that people stay together and happy with each other. The only technical thing i do is web development and management, so I can't help with custom plugins or anything :( . I can do a little building here and there, though I'd rather leave that to the professionals. I'll mostly be done front-end management and support, so the amount that I can do during the prealpha stage is limited. However, the little that I can give will really help in the long term, so yeah.

What is your maturity level out of 10? Maturity doesn't mean that you can't have fun; it just means that you aren't babyish, and don't act like a child. However, on mature reflection (see what I did there?), I would call myself mature, and I would give myself a 10. I am always on task, and I am always doing my best for the server. I will have a bit of a laugh in the Skype chat maybe, but when I am doing my job, I will not defer from it, and I will always do my best.

What would you do if you saw a player flying but you didn't know if he was hacking or lagging? Well, firstly I'd kick the player, giving a reason why. I'd file it, but not necessarily ban him. I'd check his chat history etc, and see what kind of things he does, and see if he has some sort of history of hacking. If he does, and I have some sort of evidence to prove that he was flying on the server, then I would ban him with the option to appeal. If, however, he seems like a perfectly nice guy, then I would not ban him, but continue to monitor any potential problems with his connection etc.

What Would you do if a player offered you in real life money not to ban him? Even if the offence he committed didn't defer a ban, I would ban him anyway, without the option to appeal. We can not have our server be known for bribery and corruption. That would be unacceptable.

What would you do if a Mod or trainee was breaking rules? Contrary to what people often think is the best thing to do (ie fire them) I would message them to stop straight away. Then, I would contact them on Skype or another messaging system, and just talk to them about it. I would make sure it is ingrained into them that it is not ok to do it. This would ensure that it doesn't happen again, and, again with the whole elite-is-better-than-numbers thing, we wouldn't have to hire a new person. We'd keep the same person, but a better version.

How would you solve a dispute between 2 other staff members? First of all, I would IM them, and get them to tell me what the problem is, as individuals. If one person is obviously in the wrong, then that can be fixed, and tensions can be lowered, and I'd arrange some time for them to get to know each other a little better, with a couple of other members of staff to stop things being too akward. If both or neither were in the wrong however, then things get a little more complicated. They need to reach an agreement. I can, to a point, continue to try and help them, but after that, it is up to them to solve it, and we can't do anything about the result.

What would you do if 3 people were griefing the server? I would quite simply take some screenshots as evidence, and tempban them all for a week or so, until their punishment is decided by the rest of SL.

What can you do if you were asked to fix a bug? If it's on a website, then I'd fix it straight away no questions asked, unless something hugely more important came up. However, if it was with some sort of code or custom plug-in, I would try and find some sort of solution using the resources around me, such as books, the internet etc. If I still can't do it, then I'd ask for help. Simple as. I'm willing to spend my time helping the server, but I won't learn a computer language for a month to fix a single bug, when a developer could do it in a matter of hours, and my skills can be used somewhere else. That's not laziness, it's efficiency. If I really need to , then I'll learn a computer language, I'd just usually prefer to be efficient.

    Thanks for reading,

    Isaac

Would you like to start as a Basic Rank or Advanced Rank: I would like to start as an Advanced rank; I'll happily give you much more information on why I think I am qualified for this after being contacted on Skype.

Maturity: I think I'm very mature. I'm able to handle a lot of difficult situations, both emotional and technical. I am always able to stay on task and focus, and make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Banned on any servers? Why? I have never been banned on any servers.
Familiar with the plugin: BetonQuest?: I have used it once before, so I'm not completely perfect at using it, but I can learn it pretty fast, aand I am sure that, once I have used it for a week or so, I'll be pretty good at it.
Ability to create quest ideas: I'm very creative, and have a very active imagination. I've played countless RPGs, so I'm sure I'll be able to think of something.
Ability to design custom weapons or armor: Yes
Ability to design a monster: This is dependent on how technical this is. If you need me to write massive command blocks of stuff, then no, but if it's building them or something, then I can do it.
Ability to design cave/dungeon: I can design it well, but actually building it.... I would need help. I'm not the best builder, so I could do it. Maybe.

Can you write lore? This is one of the things I'm best at, other than my leadership and management skills. I can write huge amounts of tragic and heart breaking stories, or I can give a brief but terrifying description of a creature lurking in the depths of a lake.... your choice, either way.

All in all, I think that the thing that makes me a good staff member is my personality. I love to talk with people, and show hem that they are worth something to the server. That they mean something. Doing this makes me feel happy as well, contributing to the community, etc. I am always active, and would love to be able to help out!

Thanks for reading, and I hope to be working with you soon.

Why do you think you should be a staff member? I am hard working, kind and I am able to be online for 10 hours a day as it is summer break and I am always willing to learn something new
Why should we pick you over other applicants? My Online time is much greater than others and I am willing to do whatever my superiors tell me to do. I would apply for the Mod position but I have never been on the server. (I think there are better solutions than animal testing as it is crude and inhumane)
Thank you for reading my application and I hope you have a good day

Although this is an Ok application, there is no way you will be able to be mod, mostly because of you writing ability. If you add a bit more detail though, and only answer the helper questions, then you could quite possibly become a helper.
