You might want to tone that down a bit, since it's starting to push the boundaries.

One option would be to drop everything west of London, Ontario. Say it is too overun by proto-zombies and Zulu's

    Solar energy facilities? Sure.

No, weapons of mass destruction. How do we regulate those?

Soo… what about something similar to HELIOS 1 in Fallout: NV? Not that I would like to control something like that, but something of it's calibre's got to exist, right?

A wiki? Now that... Could work. And I would like to assume creative rights for the Killbuck Trail. I'll get a map up relatively soon. People can still pass through, just building things and story arch and other stuff. Like the collapsing sewer systems.

This is what has been done to Michigan so far.

Those four counties marked in the MMR colors (orange) crossed with blue is to be explicitly untouched until I get in, take some stuff I have planned, discussed with Vilage, and have had approved out of there. On the way, I will be conducting the same amount of Post Apcolyptia humor that created the Republic of Queer (based out of Gaylord, it is predominately inhabited by homosexuals who were banned from their communities or left on their own volition).

Detroit-Flint (marked red) is an area controlled predominately by the maddened people of Detroit (the number one group being dubbed the "Zulus" and even , except with auto-parts weapons. As well as a number of raider gangs/tribes like a bunch of diminutive midgets me and Hugz came up with (Which I dubbed Tyrions). This area also incorporates Metropolitan Windsor and some of the country-side there by proximity to Detroit.

And then we have Saginaw County which Hugz claimed on the basis of going Frankenmuth.

So your telling me that I'll be competing for auto-parts with the Zulus?
    Awesome.

    ((Fair enough.))
"Fire the MAC at that carrier. I want it out of commission, now." I order my primary munitions officer as another Mako is taken out. Four survivors, and three of them were ODST's. The other one was a janitor. Gripping my chair a huge shockwave rocks the Badass as the MAC, five times the size of a regular cannon, unloads it's shell, ripping straight through the carrier's armor before detonating it's reactor.
"Admiral, we've just received 3 Halcyon's, 7 destroyers and 14 frigates from the Epsilon Eridani fleet. We should be able to breach the covenant's defensive perimeter if we use a wedge tactic."
"Then do it Wickett. Leave behind a couple of Halcyon's to pick up civilians and cart them to Reach. What's the status on the evac?"
"37% of civilian population safely evacuated. All others deceased." Wickett informs me, causing me to slam my hand onto the TACMAP in anger.
"37 freaking percent? Is that the best we can do against these squids?"
"No, it's the best we can do against the covenant." Wickett replies.
"Whatever. Tell all ships to prime all forward facing weapons. We're going in."

Well, my planned camp/base isn't too far away, and for a small fee purified water would be available to you…
Consider it a trade agreement, maybe.

Still putting buses, trucks and other large vehicles in an arrangement to make a base in the middle of the Killbuck Trail, ideally between Shreve and Bellville. With pitchfork-spears (all except the central prongs cut off) and car-scrap armor. Maybe eight or so plumber turrets.

^^^This is true. Also, would a wall made of tourist buses be okay in/near the Killbuck Trail?
Also, what happened to pitch-fork spears of armor piercing doom? Did those suddenly stop being viable?

    A: Interest.
B: Any limits on weaponry? No OMFGLASORZOFD000MZ, but precision rifles, cannons, reactive armor...?
C: How dystopian is this? Rack-and-shamble kit bashed Vulcan turrets made of water piping? Suits of armor made from car scraps?

"This is Fleet Admiral Kyra Ross speaking, addressing all UNSC vessels in the 1st Forward Vanguard fleet. There are signs of Covenant activity near Vyron-4, and we've been asked to recon on the situation and engage with any covvie forces we encounter. Intel shows that we may be facing the Loyalty House Of Forthcoming Honor fleet. Yes, the one that glassed Tyron three weeks ago. Get ready to gut some Split-Chins, ODST's, Hellbringers, Rangers; load your weapons, stick near your methods of insertion. Marines, same to you. Pilots prepare for launch. Captains, prepare to jump into the gravity well of Vyron-4's binary suns. Try not to miscalculate it. I'd say good luck, but that would imply that we need it." I tell the communications system before Wickett flicks on his little holo pad.
"Nice speech." He volunteers. Smiling I nod my thanks, looking at the covenant battle formation.
"That's a lot of ships." I mutter. Mainly corvettes, but I see a couple destroyers and two battleships. Thank god for Prowlers. Looking at my pistol I take stock of it. Again. Longer barrel, chambered two calibres up from standard, made to fire full auto and accept double-stack magazines. Engraved in the gun metal is my fleet's motto; We measure victory by the distance of our foot to your ass. Sighing I reholster it.
"Wickett, call up the Epsilon Eridani fleet. We'll need some help." I order, sitting down as the ship prepares to warp.
    All in a day's work.
