So I suggest we call it 'Dead Man's Hand'. Or, if not, REM is kewl.Posted in: Forum Roleplaying

Dec 9, 2012Yeah. Seeing as you're a courier of sorts, we use you too. Free of charge, and a room on one of the upper floors.Posted in: Forum Roleplaying
Dec 9, 2012谢谢你. So, who has control of the territory nearest me? You mentioned a line of contact from Greenfield to Killbuck?Posted in: Forum Roleplaying
Dec 9, 2012Sorry I've been inactive. But Imma back, with an app;Posted in: Forum Roleplaying
Name: The Armed Republic of Killbuck (ARK)
Player Type: City-State
Power outage. Russian nukes. Two wastelands. Up to speed kid? Good. See, it's a lot easier to go between the two of them then around them all. A lot easier. Besides, there used to be a string of towns up here, so in the early days there wasn't nay shortage of supplies to be scavanged. We couldn't find any fuel of course, so when cars broke down, we cut 'em up and turned them into armor. Good armor too. That and weapons: drive shaft spears, exhaust pipe maces, axle hammers, wheel shields, you name it. All painted black too. Since we got cars, plenty of cars, might as well use them, right? Right. Well, using up those cars we made a wall, oh man did we make a wall! From one wasteland clear to the next. To get by, you gotta pay, one way or another. Either pay the toll or pay for one of our guides to take you around. We know these wastes better than anyone else, and we even got our own mint! See, we flatten out metal panels and cut coins in them with a press. Bolts, they're called. Anyway, we make guns too. Kind of. Junkers, homemade ones, but they'll knock a Zulu or a chaser on it's ass from thirty paces, guaranteed or you're dead! Well, maybe not: spears and such. Anyway, we got ourselves a purification system here too! Plenty of fabric in the city: water comes from ground, get's boiled, evaporates and gets bottled! Voila! Anyway, yeah, that's about it. Enjoy your stay at the ARK.
Dec 9, 2012My bridge is in chaos. Absolute freaking chaos.Posted in: Forum Roleplaying
"Covenant Supercarrier inbound!"
"Mako Class-Death Sentence down!"
"Halcyon Class-Reaper's targeting systems down!"
"MAC cannon is hot, brace for firing!"
"ODST squads Delta through Gamma sustaining 30% casualties on evac LZ's west flank!"
"Moving reinforcements to eastern flank!"
"Supercarrier firin-" somebody shouts as a huge beam of light hits the planet's surface. A couple seconds pass before the beam passes through the planet, destroying another Mako.
"Wickett! All ODST's are to converge at Evac. Issue Omega class Contingency Black Beard, ETA 20 seconds. That super is dying."
"Understood ma'am." Wickett orders.
Suddenly, the combined firepower of all of the ships currently under my command, plus the four Onager's planet side all unleash their combined firepower on the super carrier. MAC rounds light up the sky, missiles homing in towards their target. Then several explosions. Carrier down.
"Aight people, kick them while they're down! Navarone, Apache, Longbow, with me. Target heavy cruisers. Everyone else; go wild. That's an order." I grin, sitting down.

Dec 7, 2012Nah. Full body car-plate armor doesn't work that way. Although a different colored emblem on their chest would work to stop from totally screwing up camouflage capabilities.Posted in: Forum Roleplaying
Dec 7, 2012So as far as uniforms, my guys'll have to spray paint themselves different colors.Posted in: Forum Roleplaying
