I'm playing a hardcore world, with one mission: To defeat the dragon, and do everything possible.
I have traveled to the nether, gathered potion resources, created rails systems to grinders of skeles, zombies, spiders, ect. I have a nice base, with wolves and plenty of ore to last awhile. I have managed to craft full diamond armor and a full diamond tool set. I don't know exactly where to go from here expect for the end.
So, how do I find one easier then testing my luck with eye of enders?
I agree with this totally, but in saying I also agree that the outside is amazing, I would like to use this structure as part of my ruined jungle city section of my upcoming adventure map..

The outside looks awesome. Great use of the new Stone Brick block and a good mix of all the other types of stone.
The inside looks a little too colorful to me. The logs and planks look cool. The lapis. obsidian, glowstone, and colored wool proceed to, for the lack of a better word, rape my eyes. Maybe refine the way the inside looks a bit. Also, the glowstone kind of breaks the flow of the inside as well. I'd use either torches or the new redstone lamp.
I do agree the interior seemed a bit too colorful, so I did some changing. Also editing the outside a bit.
With 1.2 out and all, sure the additions are fancy and all, but it's hard to enjoy when half the time your hunger drops to starvation, and eating any food doesn't even regenerate it. Playing hard or hardcore right now is just a "see how long you can survive" with a randomized hunger-based clock. If there is any fix (for sp or smp), could you please tell me?

Why do you want to join this server?: Because it seems pretty original out of most servers
Have you read the rules and realize that any griefing or stealing AT ALL is logged with the logblock plugin and you will be banned if it is reported?: Yep, I learned my reading skills back in the first grade.
Gold is a soft material in the real world. You know how barely you've read on history and see people using gold as armor/weapons? Gold can be formed into any shape with your own bare hands if it gets hot enough.
I like the idea of armor being nerfed (since current diamond is basically tnt resistance, and blast protection on it makes you virtually explosion proof), as well with the speed reduction for heavy armor. Forging would be an interesting thing to add in, seeing how I can whip up a full set of iron and tools in less then 10 minutes on a new world

If you don't know what Calm 4 is:
Calm 4 was a track that was created by Notch just for a test. Back in earlier versions, there was a rare chance that this would play, like any other random music. It was removed soon after.
"Farlanders" seems about right for these guys though. Think about it, they are odd creatures not of this land, such as Farlands is not of this "world" we call Minecraft. You think that a backstory could be that they came from the Farlands? I mean, considering how long it takes for you to get to farlands, it would make sense you only now start to see them appearing.
