I agree with all but the last point, combining the respiration and aqua affinity enchantments into one. Diversity is good if it co-partnered with quality, and although the others (lure and projectile protection) are different, they're not needed and are cluttering the possibility of new enchantments. I believe that these two enchantments are both quality and diverse, and from my personal experiences I've seen many use them through PvP, exploration or just having fun and not having to deal with the usual drawbacks. Nice suggestion though, got me thinking.
How did you hear about the server: Browsing through the Minecraft Forums I came upon this thread.
What got you interested in the server: The professional take on running the server and the server's features, such as the McMMO leaderboard and the mining statistics. I'm also interested in joining a server with a friendly community and staff that listen to the players. Vanilla servers are my favourite servers, natural Minecraft with a great bunch of people is what it's all about in my opinion. Tracking of the playtime is also a great feature as it enables the players a sense of how long they've been a part of the community and it also shows when applying for staff how much time you've contributed to the server as a whole.
Questions or comments about the server: I want to know whether this server treats all of its members equally, with respect being given from both staff and the players. This is fundamental for a wonderful playerbase, and without it the system becomes corrupt, as without the players the server soon comes to a end, all due to a lack of respect between the two.
-------------------------------------------------------
Solo/Group: I'm definitely more of a group person, there's nothing more satisfying then delving through a dark ravine in search of ores with someone else, and adventuring across the land is one of the greatest experiences you can get in Minecraft, you're not alone travelling and you can have each others backs if they're in need of food or materials for example, and the feeling of venturing into the unknown is always best shared.
PvP/Non-PvP: I believe a vanilla server is best kept non-PvP, unless agreed upon between players as a friendly bout. Vanilla servers are about working together and being apart of one large family-like community, not about various factions rivalling to the death.
Leader/Follower: I would consider myself more as a leader than a follower, as I take control when a situation is needed to be dealt with and make decisions based upon others opinions as a group, taking in consideration what everyone else has to say.
Giver/Taker: There is nothing more satisfying then giving, and there never will be. Taking is nice, but should be labelled more as a thing we all enjoy to do once in a while, rather than a constant title of a taker, as this might come across as being greedy if done in large consumptions or too many times. Giving on the other hand is a completely different story, and on a server such as this one I believe that it is key to all contribute to one another and help each other out.
About me:
I live in Australia, play rugby union and skateboard. I'm a chilled out guy, but can also take authority when necessary. I don't tolerate griefing whatsoever, what good does it do anyway? My pump-up song for anything is 'Wake Up' by Rage Against the Machine. I don't have a pet koala or a boxing ring in my backyard for my kangaroos, or currently have a "shrimp on the barbie", just to put that out there.

I'd recommend reinstalling the Minecraft.jar file off the official Minecraft website and reinstall all mods that you've downloaded. I'd recommend testing the game after each mod installation and see if the problem occurs, this way you are pinpointing the issue and you know which mod is causing an issue if so.
Attempting the City Construction Challenge once more on insane difficulty by Iamchris27, never committed to finishing it before, but this time it will happen.
I'd recommend any vanilla survival server, maybe try looking in the Survival Servers section of the forums for some ideas. I'd personally recommend AstraMC, although you have to apply to be whitelisted it's a great server with a friendly community.
Haha, they're awesome shots! I'm sure some would consider using these as desktop backgrounds. My favourite is the construction of the house, as it's simplistic but features a main part of Minecraft, building the shelter.

It only makes sense to implement a quiver, it's a realistic feature which I'm excited for.

Building a wooden house atop of a lava pond, oblivious to burning and new to the game.
