Post the full error log please. - It shows other things, like if you are trying to run this on 1.3.2 Minecraft or if you are using the prerelease of 1.4
All of the 4.1.x.x version of FML are for 1.4 Minecraft.
If you are using it for HD textures, use optifine instead. It lets you use texture packs, plus has a bunch of settings to tweak performance.
If you are just using mcpatcher to install mods, try MultiMC.
Or are you just wanting to install mods for you to play?
When people refer to a Mod Pack it generally implies that it's for distribution. If it is something you plan to distribute, you'll need permission from all the mod authors before I'd offer to help.
If you just want to play a bunch of mods. You just need help installing mods, not creating a pack.
If it's not there, that was the problem it had with downloading the files, either you have vista, aren't logged in as an admin on the computer, or your AntiVirus stopped forge from creating the folder.
So if it's not there just make a named lib in the .minecraft folder
Compactsolars works with 107, atleast after I changed out all the ic2 api's. Like I said for me it was the one in extra bees causing the same crash you got, but when I placed a LV-solar array. (dunno about mod forcefields tho, not something the appeals to me, so haven't tried it.)
They work fine now.
But check all the mods. Railcraft, forestry, etc. many of them include te ic2 api.
One of the mods you have installed has an old version of the IC2 api.
What I did to fix mine, was copy the ic2/api folder from the ic2 jar, and replace the ic2/api in every mod I had that had any ties to ic2. If you are using the 107 open beta of ic2 there is a link to the api to use in the OP of the beta thread.
You didn't post the full error log that shows what mods you have, but for me it was extra bees.

Yes the site says it's for 1.3.2, but the release date is before version 1.3.2 of minecraft was even out.
You should only download Mods from these forums, or links posted on these forums.
The official Mo' Creatures thread is here: http://www.minecraft...ies-and-pandas/

You need to go into options and set the difficulty higher.

408 is a FML only version. It's possible to install FML without forge.
So ya, with forge you needed to go back to anything below 5.x.x.x

Looks like 408 build is the last one for 1.3.2

Personally I'm not a fan of MCpatcher.
If you are using it for HD textures, use optifine instead. It lets you use texture packs, plus has a bunch of settings to tweak performance.
If you are just using mcpatcher to install mods, try MultiMC.

And they go in the '/.minecraft/lib/' folder.

I'll be honest, I've never heard of Vipre AV.
It also looks like you might have a Virus/Adware running on your computer. Legit programs shouldn't be running a dll out of the temp folder.
I's suggest try Avast AntiVirus. It's free version does a fantastic job.
