Try posting the crash log. If you deleted the minecraft folder and let the launcher redownload the files, modloader is gone. It's likely you are getting some other error.

Error logs help diagnose the problem.

You need to update your graphics drivers from http://www.amd.com or if it's a laptop from the laptop manufacturers site.

Forge and MCpatcher don't play well together. On forge installs you are better off using optifine for HD texture support.
And better off using MultiMC or Magic Launcher to install mods, mcpatcher puts things into the jar, and forge doesn't like that.
In your install you have rei's minimap, inv tweaks and timber installed into the jar, when they should all go into the mods folder.

Well that error report seems to think your computer only has 247 Mb of memory available to minecraft.

How are you launching minecraft?

It looks like your AntiVirus may have been blocking magic launcher from downloading the game. (I'm not even sure if it does that.. I don't use it myself)

Try running the default minecraft launcher (minecraft.exe from http://minecraft.net)
See if that will download the files on it's own. As it stands right now minecraft isn't installed on your computer. (or at least not in the default location)

Don't download mods from there. Those sites are junk, they have olde versions of mods they try to pass of as current.

You should only download mods from these forums, or a mods official site if they have one.

I think the best course of action would be to delete the 'bin' folder that is in the 'minecraft' folder and let it download all the game files again.
If it's only causing you to freeze on the one mob, it's likely something got damaged within the game files.

Yunacen, It looks like a problem with your video drivers. You need to update them from the AMD site.
