Here is the crash report. I just tried it with IC2 and Advanced Machines, buildcraft, pixelmon, flans mod, backpack, and forge version 6.6.0.497. Also CCC and NEI work by themselves with no other mods installed.

It looks like it might be a problem with pixelmon, and from what I have found on the pixelmon site, pixelmon doesn't work with NEI
Well your graphics drivers are a bit dated. Installing the latest version may help.
Intels site wasn't letting me get to the download link for the proper drivers, so you should try running their update tool http://www.intel.com...dr dnlds_detect
Unfortunately the Advanced Minecraft error log was too long and cut off the bits I was hoping to see in the beginning.
The fact that you are running integrated graphics, makes Optifine a good option to improve performance.
There is a good guide here: http://www.minecraft...now-with-video/
While that guide is aimed at lower end systems then yours, it will show you options in optifine that you can adjust to help improve performance. Your CPU is good enough that you can probably skip the parts about game booster, and some of the other system changes.
Optifine can be found here: http://www.minecraft...-and-much-more/
Many things can cause lag.
From slower CPU's to Integrated graphics, old java installs, problematic java installs.
Other processes running on the computer that might be hogging resources.
A Virus or adware running on the computer.
Steve's Error - Looks like it hasn't updated to use the new API for forestry 2.0. Check for an updated version that says it was updated for forestry 2.0
OmniTools Error - Doesn't look like it is compatible with the version of forge.
2013-02-10 11:50:16 [INFO] [ForgeModLoader] FML has found a non-mod file CoroAI for MC v1.4.6.zip in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could [cause] severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible.
First try deleting the portal gun config file.
If that doesn't fix it.
Delete the portalgun.zip from the 'FTB\MindCrack\minecraft\mods' folder and update the pack to redownload a new copy of the portal gun mod.

Posting a dxdiag report would be a good start: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1461840-how-to-get-the-dxdiag-log-and-how-to-post-it/
Running the error logger found here can be useful aswell, it will show your java version: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1383256-advanced-minecraft-error-test/

The problem you are describing is caused by lag.

GuiAPI needs to be installed into the minecraft.jar, not be placed in the mods folder.

Try multiMC instead.. Maybe it's a bug in the launcher causing the memory problems
