I forgot when I posted earlier, afterburner only works with 32 bit java. So long ago I set up the link to run MC with 32 bit when I record it slipped my mind.
I did download the latest fraps now that I got home again, and was recording at 60 fps with out issue. I notice the copyright on your fraps is 2011, is it possible it's a bug in the version you have? Try updating to a newer version.
MSI afterburner is a very good free program. (Some people have had trouble installing it without an MSI mainboard or video card, but it's worked for me) http://event.msi.com...er/download.htm
That will help narrow down if it's a fraps problem, or something else.
Everyone says they updated the drivers, for me it's easier just to look at the report to verify it actually happened. Rather then go on to the next steps, when most of the time it's the drivers.
Your drivers are the correct ones, the date is off, but that shouldn't matter.
Next, it may be your LWJGL easiest way to check that is by deleting the bin folder inside the .minecraft folder.
Launch MC let it redownload all the files and see if that helps.
If it's not getting past the done loading, it's hanging up on an error. I don't know enough about linux to help you with that. (I stab at a video driver issue, most common problem in that spot for windows users.)
All I can tell you is that single player, multi-player is on the next screen. Checking to see if any of the Guru's that know nix better are around, I'll point them this way if they are.
Drivers already updated (just checked now)...
Still doesen't work....
My GC are fine.
I play BF3 with this GC...
There is a difference between using windows update to check you drivers and getting them from the manufacturers website. Post the dxdiag, and we can verify if you actually have the right drivers.
BF3 doesn't need opengl, opengl is required for minecraft. Opengl isn't in the drivers from windows update.
Minecraft doesn't factor into your computer not being able to run the latest drivers for your video card.
You are running the windows default drivers for your card, that is why minecraft doesn't work. The windows default drivers don't include the full opengl functionality for graphics cards. The error in your first post.
Those portions show your graphics driver crapping out on opengl, which would get fixed by using the latest drivers.
If you are unable to install those drivers, that's an indication that something more serious is wrong with your system. You may want to reinstall windows, if you still can't use the latest graphics drivers after reinstalling windows, then your graphics card is shot.

And instead of using modloader, and modloadermp
you may want to use forge, which will eliminate then need for those 2

Try the fixes here: http://mcsaver.net/fixing/video/
Try the fix under this section of that page 'There are white lines between blocks OR The Horizon of water is purple!'
It's the same fix for the issues you are having.

Personally I use multimc: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1000645-multimc-40-windows-linux-mac/
Info on creating a batch file can be found in this thread: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/343030-minecraft-speedoptimization-guide-v-23-6-updated-on-aug-6/#cl
I think I linked you to the right section but if not, it's the 'Do - Give minecraft more/less memory!' portion you should look at.

If that doesn't help. You should uninstall java, (add/remove programs) and download java from here and install it again.: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

You still need 1.2.5 to play it.

Can you try downloading the error tool from here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1383256-advanced-minecraft-error-test/
Run that, and post the results back here.

If you don't know how to do that, or still have issues please also post a dxdiag report:

You may actually be better giving java less memory.
