Well if you updated java something went wrong, because you are 7 versions behind.
JRE version: 6.0_31-b05
Meaning you are using java 6.31
Java 6.38 is the latest Java 6.
But that's not really your problem.
You need to update your video drivers from the AMD website. You are using the microsoft provided drivers.
Microsoft strips OpenGL support before distributing graphics drivers.
Have you tried disabling McAfee/windows firewall and trying with them off?
(You may need to add exceptions in for java as well, testing with the firewalls disabled might let you know)
There is also a chance your ISP has the default port blocked. Contact them and ask, or google about your provider and the port number and see if anything comes up
I already have Java though. Java 7. It's there under Program Files (x86) folder.
You have win 8 64 bit, minecraft will run better with 64 bit java. (something is wrong with your current java install however since the script isn't able to locate it)
Also you removed your windows username. (replaced with
's) if you have any characters in your windows username that aren't a-z or 0-9 minecraft won't work.
Look in the .minecraft folder for a file named 'optionsof.txt'
Delete that file if there is one.
Maybe something in the optifine options file was messed up.
If you downloaded them and placed them in the proper place, then this wouldn't be in the log:
2013-01-26 20:31:15 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] There were errors during initial FML setup. Some files failed to download or were otherwise corrupted. You will need to manually obtain the following files from these download links and ensure your lib directory is clean.

2013-01-26 20:31:15 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] The following is the errors that caused the setup to fail. They may help you diagnose and resolve the issue
You need to download those 4 files and put them int he .minecraft/lib/ folder.
If you don't have a lib folder create it.
Something on your system is preventing the folder from being made or the files from being downloaded.

You are better off using optifine with forge for HD texture support.
You also didn't install GuiAPI, which is required for mo creatures.
If you need something to make mod installation easier check out multiMC

Other then that, I'm not really sure.

How about just forge?

Start with a fresh jar, and try again.
Open the minecraft.jar. (with wanrar/7zip)
Delete the meta-inf folder
Copy the forge files in
Copy the optifine files in
Close the minecraft.jar
If you still have problems post the forge log.
ForgeModLoader-client-0.log from in the .minecraft folder

If you need HDtexture support use optifine instead.
If you need something make installing mods easier use MultiMC.
