I didn't play it myself but watched a few let's plays for different perspectives, I must say it was not that great. Maybe it's just me as I don't play Minecraft ever so often and I've played actual horror games very recently, such as Outlast for example. I guess for the Minecraft standard and the kids who play Minecraft can easily scared by this. (maybe?)
So from my stand point I give it a 4/10.
+ Above-average builds
+ Resource pack sounds fit the atmosphere
- not 100% original resource pack
- Jumpscares were fairly annoying as they stopped me from finishing the map so I can do better things with my life
- playing without the resource map removes every horror element that is suppose to "scare" you.
I don't review often, infact this is my first review and probably my last. I think for someone who plays other games and not just Minecraft, this is highly overrated. If you have played horror games such as Outlast and it's DLC, and want to have a laugh this map is for you.

I would wake up depressed about just doing my everyday things. I didn't like it. So I left my computer for about two months maybe leaking into a third just taking walk around my neighborhood thinking of what I could do to change. I started to have dreams again after that (I usually don't dream that often, or if I do I just don't remember them.) I started doing chores around my neighborhood. Such as mowing, babysitting, the whole 1845 yards. After about a month I started having ideas of me time traveling or similar things of that sort. After about two weeks of sitting on that idea I started to write a book about it. It's of course heavily work-in-progress. But I think it is coming along. I only spend maybe an hour or two just writing, I spend most of my time just thinking up ideas. One week later I thought it was time I get back into minecraft. So I loaded it up, I started a new world with a rush of ideas and things to do. But I froze. I feel "what is the point if no one will see this?" I've tried setting up servers in the past, but it never really worked out. So after looking through tons of posts I had no luck. I had found one that I thought would work. But the owner was younger than I was and never said if I was accepted or not. I started thinking that my age was the reason I wasn't getting into any servers.*sips water* I only applied to the ones that I think I would enjoy playing on. It's been about a three months since I've applied for a survival multiplier server. It's not easy finding a server like this one. Usually the ones I would like to join have three hundred plus applications already and you have to sit on the post to see when it is open again. I don't want to have to wait another three months just to have a slim chance of getting on, I want to be able to connect with the other members while the server is fairly new, to get to know everybody. I don't want to be the guy who was accepted four months after the server had first started.I want to be apart of the group events, make new friends.
Why do you want to make new friends?: Well, ever since I was a little tike, I haven't had a lot of friends. I grew up in a not-so-good neighborhood that probably had a total of 1 other kid that was 4 and was a girl. Of course at public school I made some friends, but as the years went by I started to lost those friends. I made new ones of course that I could really connect with, but when middle school came my two best friends had to move away since their dad had to transfer for his job. They won't be back for another two years. Since I am home schooled now, I haven't talked with or seen my other friends. The only chance I got to make new friends that enjoy what I enjoy is through minecraft. I know that is kind of depressing. I've tried making new friends around the block ever since we moved but I have had no luck. Everyone is into sports nowadays. I hope being a gamer pays off in the long run.

Like starting off vanilla and adding plugins later on or having command blocks around to set time to day. Small things like that were things that would just drive me away.
Why would you like to join this server?: I would like to show off my new builds to a great community. One that I will feel good about talking with and hanging out with. How often will you be online?: Weekdays I have to help babysit the dog with my sister, I may be on and off but my hours total in the day will probably be around four to six hours. Any experience with servers?: In the past I have run many servers and helped out. The biggest server I ran was a 200+ slot Feed-The-Beast server back when the modpack first came out. It was pretty hectic I must say but I did well, there was no griefing/hacking reports, everyone was getting along, I made some new friends. I have some people from the server I am still in contact today with. I find myself running small vanilla servers on my free time. I feel as if I have much to offer to you and this community.

Since this is a new server, nothing has been built or even touched yet, which gives us (and you) the opportunity to build a community from scratch! The main reason I started this server is to meet new people from all around and make new friends. Since this is a new server, nothing has been built or even touched yet, which gives us (and you) the opportunity to build a community from scratch! The main reason I started this server is to meet new people from all around and make new friends. I feel is when a server community really connects, works together, knows who everyone is, the server really comes together. This server is based off of mindcrack/hermitcraft, so if you watch them you know what to do and what not to do!

Keep the world looking nice, No random holes, Chop down trees all the way, No pillars, No random shacks, And if a creeper blows up, fix the hole! I really want to keep the world clean, I will give warnings for you to fix something right away, but if not fixed after multiple warnings I will have a talk with you.
I want this to be a nice friendly server, where you can come on and smile and do your thing. If you can't respect that/and or the rules this is not the server for you.
