What previous experience do you have in the role: I was a Admim 7 times Co-Owner 4 times a Mod 8 times a Trial-Helper once. I think that I am somewhat knowledgeable when it come to plugins and other things It takes to run a server. I also know that we should keep the server a fun and great place so that we have a strong community and have players continue to play on an support the server. While I was on my friends server we didn't have many people come on but I did truly learn a lot about being a admin, its not just a title or saying your at the top of the food chain. An admin is there to keep things running smoothly and keeping the players happy and assisting the other members of staff. I also think that being a admin means you keep the server fun and exciting for everyone and allow our community to grow and develop more interaction between players and create a seamless and enjoyable experience like other top name servers, but when we have a smaller community we are able to be more active with all of our players.

How active are you?: I can be on 3-5 hours a day.

What would make me want to choose you?: I think that I can help this server with my great ability to be a team player and my knowledge of the plugins and ability to learn new things quite quickly. I am also a very kind and caring person I think that everyone deserves a second chance, but I am not afraid to be strict and discipline in a appropriate manner. I think that enforcing the rules on the server keeps everything fair and fun for all of the players and the staff. And when the server is fun players stay and our community will continue to thrive. I like to be innovative and bring new things to the table.

How can you be an asset to the faction? I can offer tons of my skills to the faction... Im not that good at pvp but i am great at building bases if i have the recources!

Previous Experience(If any)- I have played many factions servers but not many of them are up anymore, only one is up right now but i am banned from it, i was in a faction called Vendetta (When i first started playing Factions about 2 years ago or something) but when the map had reset the owner of the faction quit playing MC and i had to move on) then i joined a faction called TeamRizen (it was very expensive to join..) Before i made it to Moderator rank in the faction the server had reset again... Then i quit the server and started playing SMP servers. But when i came back i joined a faction (Called Genocide) it was only me and a friend but we are both banned right now from it.
