    IDs of the CPUs can be set, because there is no screwdriver needed.
    Consider this setup:
    <peripherial>(Fixed ID) - CPU (ID=8) - CPU (Master)
    The CPU in the middle is capable of forwarding the communication between the Master and the peripherial.
    That way the Master CPU sees a <peripherial> at ID 8.


    I need this for change the IO EXPANDER id :(
