If oil and fossil fuels continue to be burned at their current rate, the climate will most likely be unstable, with super hurricanes and typhoons hitting areas prone to them, as well at a rising sea due to sea ice melting.
Possibly a resurgence of industry, with nanotechnology being at it's core.
Rising poverty as slums become overpopulated and wars break out over increasingly scarce resources, displacing millions.
In general, a world with many ups and downs, depending on the choices we make today. We could have a green paradise with a stable climate and economy with war at a minimum with technology improving the lives of billions, or we could have a polluted hellhole of a world with technology being used for war and poverty abundant.
I'd go to the future, see if humanity survived another millennium without killing ourselves off, if we survived, I'd check out the new technology, bring some back, reverse engineer it, and get rich. I'd also go back in time to watch the formation of the universe and the solar system, and eventually earth's formation. I'd then chill with some dinosaurs and see how they died. But what I'd really like to see is both World Wars play out. I'd love to see the sheer devastation war can bring up close.
No, I avoid it at all costs, unless it's on a long car trip, but since I'm in Japan at the moment and most things I go to regularly are within 15 kilometers of my house, so I rarely eat it, I prefer the local food more.

Not really a geography fail, but, some kid in my geography class thought that communism was a country. He pointed to Argentina on the map and called it Communism. At that moment, I lost all hope in the human race.
I'm just going to go to the jungle by my house with my bros and chill there. Oh, and shoot paintballs at anyone who walks by. Did this last year and got some great reactions from people we hit.

Probaly the stupidest moment i've had in MC was the time I wired my base on a pvp server to explode if someone triggers my alarm. Don't worry, my treasures were stashed FAR underground. But anyway, I didn't see that the pressure plate going to my lair had tnt right below it. Needless to say, there was nothing left of that base. It was sexy too.
