Be prepared for an adventure of an lifetime! LockDown is an unique zombie adventure map with many mysteries and quests to lose yourself within. We claim this to be our best map produced as there are so many new mechanics implemented within the map which we and the players will love!
There is a huge range of custom sounds, models and textures for the player to have tons of fun with! However, lets not forget about the many quests which can be completed both main and side quests.
Storyline:
In the beginning you live at a peaceful small town with no disasters in sight. You live in the modern era but the town is very cut off from it. The town is next to an Facility named "LockDown", you are one of the few who has been choosing to be put in the facility to keep humanity alive if disaster strikes! There have been many conflicts around the world which humanity have led itself to destroy each other. But, this time was different... everything changes, it's up to you to decide what you want to do!
What is there to do?
There's is plenty to do in LockDown as there are many different side quests which you will find adventuring around the main map, these quests are totally optional but I would recommend to snoop them out and reap the rewards. The main quest is also jam packed with adventure and ends up into a boss fight! Once completed the main quest you have the option to go back to Ditchbury and adventure around some more if you have missed anything.
Resource Pack?
Yes! We have our own custom resource pack ready for you to download! It includes many custom models and textures to enchance your gameplay! Not only this, but we also have implemented new sounds into the game through the resource pack so keep an eye out for them!

This is great! I started to freak out a little bit when Albert started to smile.
Haurebay: Are you creepy?
Albert: Yes, i'm very beautiful.

-I think you need to check your map again? When I first spawned, I was in creative mode and peaceful in an abandoned city. And I can't change gamemodes. Was it unfinished or did you upload the wrong version? I'm using 1.11 instead of 1.11.2 btw. Is this map meant for multiplayer or singleplayer?
-I think placing the resource pack inside the world save folder would be more convenient.
-In the world selection menu, the map doesn't seem to stand out pretty well. It's just named world with a regular thumbnail.
But good job on making this thread post look neat and organised. Thanks for replying in advance.

This looks good. I'll try it out later and give my review.

It is currently a WIP project, as i need to analyse the city further for details.1
Its called marketing. Fast food chains often brush up their burgers for a photo shoot that will be used in their ads. The burger may look big and appetizing in the advertisements, but they are small and unattractive in reality. Same goes for resource packs.
I actually prefer for the author of the resource packs to include both screenshots with and without shaders. And since I've only included 2 photos with shaders on my resource pack, I should do something about it.

Simple and elementary.
Keep it up!

Well, you started this thread because there isn't any that specifically showcases resource packs with shader support. Since my resource pack needs specular mapping to acheive the full effect, listing it here will make people aware of its features

Hello, I am currently creating a resource pack with specular mapping and modern design as the main focus.
When I'm completed with a few blocks, can I have it shown on your post?
Here's a preview:
