    Just do it.

    A good adventure map, given a lot of hard work and quality will often get the attention of many people, even youtubers.

    From the pictures you've given, it seems very decent. But i recommend not using shaders, so people will be able to see it more accurately.

    Since all elements need to be between -16 and +32 as you said, I shifted the model downwards, since the total voxel difference is 48, which is just nice. And it worked.


    Edit: It doesn't work for the y axis, but works for the x axis. :/

    Should have seen it in beta. (It was horrendous). I have taken every possible step to reduce all tick lag in the map. If you are experiencing tick lag, possibly try reducing the render distance slightly, or restarting minecraft or (the server) if the game has run out of memory. This happens occasionally.

    Just curious, what were the commands being run that caused the entity lag? I'm guessing its the /tp command since the zombies (citizens) were moving in specific directions. I once tried creating a custom mob path for a single {NoAI} Villager and it spammed the chat.

    One major flaw I found in this map is lag. Not the fps type of lag, entity lag. This could be caused by the overwhelming number of commands being executed, even with gamerule commandblockoutput false.


    For example, the citizens in the city (zombies), were actually stuttering while moving around. This ruins the immersion.

    posted a message on [TRAILER] LOCKDOWN - Huge Minecraft Survival Adventure Zombie Map!

    -I think you need to check your map again? When I first spawned, I was in creative mode and peaceful in an abandoned city. And I can't change gamemodes. Was it unfinished or did you upload the wrong version? I'm using 1.11 instead of 1.11.2 btw. Is this map meant for multiplayer or singleplayer?


    -I think placing the resource pack inside the world save folder would be more convenient.


    -In the world selection menu, the map doesn't seem to stand out pretty well. It's just named world with a regular thumbnail.

    With the endless possibilities of command blocks and the creation of adventure maps, Minecraft will stay alive. However, many people are still not tapping into the potential of command blocks. Maps like Herobrine's Mansion and Team Swoop Force are built by a group of people, so it needs hardwork.
