Aug 1, 2012I agree with you. Twilight ruined vampires. You can easily become a vampire in Dawnguard, so feel free to cure yourself. Here's how.Posted in: General Gaming
1. Feed on an NPC
2. Talk to Falion, the court wizard of Morthal
3. Buy a black soul gem
4. Soul trap a bandit, forsworn, ect.
5. Feed on an NPC is Morthal
6. Return to Falion to complete the ritual
7. Become a werewolf
NOTE: I was never a vampire in Skyrim. I became a werewolf early in the game. Beast form is only useful when you're bored, but at least you don't have to worry about becoming a vampire.

Jul 13, 2012It's been quite a while since I posted. I was too lazy to look through all 47 pages, so don't get mad when you see something you or somebody else suggested.Posted in: Mods Discussion
-Pirates. They ride Similar to whales, there is a micro-dimension inside their ship. There are also shipwrecks deep underwater, complete with deadly pirate ghosts(And lots of treasure!). Heck, we could have Nether pirates, too!
-More Enders. Enderhounds are loyal to their Enderman masters. They can't teleport, but they are quick and dangerous. Endermites are small and weak Endermen. They can't pick up blocks, but they attack in fairly large groups. To mantain the scariness of Endermen, Enderhounds and Endermites are agressive. These Enders are rare as Endermen, so Endermen will be alot rarer. To make it balanced, Endermen will have more health, strength, ect.
-Ghosts. When you enter a biome, there is a very small chance that it's haunted. When the new moon hovers above the land, ghosts will invade the biome! They're weak alone, but they usually spawn in (deadly) groups. They usually avoid light, but they'll enter a well-lit house if they have to. Light doesn't damage them, so you're pretty much screwed. If you try sleeping in a haunted biome, a message will appear, saying "You are afraid to sleep". When the sun rises, all ghost in the biome fade, even if they're in complete darkness. There could also be haunted mansions. Torches and Jack-o-Lanters don't give off light, but Redstone Torches and Glowstone will. Ghosts will rapidly spawn, no matter what time it is. Although rare, a Lesser Ghast may spawn.
-Lesser and Greater Ghasts. Lesser Ghasts are blue. It looks very sad. Lesser Ghasts shoot fireballs, but they don't break any blocks. They're not even set on fire. They can't fly too high. Although they are extremely rare in the Overworld, they are mostly found in Haunted Mansions. Then we have Greater Ghasts. They are red, and look enraged. They are bigger than normal Ghasts. They large, fast meteors. Any grass, dirt, sand, ect. that survives the explosion turns into netherrack. The explosions are big enough to tear down a village in 10 seconds. They are extremely rare, and only spawn in the Nether.

Noppes' mods weren't the problem. I unpatched Minecraft, and now Gulliver works. Sorry!Posted in: Minecraft Mods

Jul 5, 2012This is one of the best mods I ever used. I was too lazy to build my own village, so I decided to empty a natural one. Rather than killing the Testificates myself, I smashed all the doors and make hostile warriors to do the dirty work. It was fun! Suggestions: An option that allows villagers to open doors would make villages more realistic. NPCs should also have pathfinding similar to zombies.Posted in: Minecraft Mods

In the Custom NPCs mod, you can resize the NPCs you make. Sadly, you cannot resize Steve, other mobs, and the vanilla Testificates. It looks hard, but I hope you can make it compatible with More Player Models. I never tried Animal Bikes, but it looks cool. I'll post what the crash log says later.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Jun 14, 2012Happycat33210 posted a message on [CREATION/ADVENTURE] Vertoak City V11.0 Massive City (Amazing detail)Posted in: MapsQuote from fish95So glad to see you liked it, You actually gave the first real review! Everything you've said it true, and I'm glad to see you found a good amount of the secrets in the city. (Though there are so many even I stumble back upon them.) You definitely won't be disappointed for V10 either, Its keeping with the same ideas, though I'm running out of room. Pretty much every building is made on its own day. I'll sit down with a good idea for a design and play an episode of some TV show in the background. (I can name what I watched for each structure.) I feel its this kind of attention that leads to a well thought out map. Theres no rushing around, just when I want to, or if I see something good, I'll build.
Vertoak City V10? Can't wait!
Jun 13, 2012Happycat33210 posted a message on [CREATION/ADVENTURE] Vertoak City V11.0 Massive City (Amazing detail)Now that I explored most of this map, I can post a decent review:Posted in: Maps
When you leave the starting area, you appear in what seems to be the average city in Minecraft. After I explored some of the buildings, I assumed that this map is for roleplaying only. I was proven wrong; There are many secrets in Vertoak City, some hidden in the wilderness. What I thought was a small hut was actually a large spider dungeon. I found an epic treasure trove in the average bank. I even found an abandoned school. The amount of places to explore and secrets to find is crazy. From top-secret offices to ancient temples, this map is nearly the size of Skyrim. When I went to the edge of the city, I expected some fake mountains with a Superflat field on the other side. Nope! It continued as Default. So if you want to ditch the city and journey away from it, you will continue in normal Survival mode. There is even some hidden TNT and Flint & Steel, just in case you're feeling destructive.
Vertoak City is already big, so all I can suggest is to change the "everyone went on vacation but you" plot and add some villages. fish95 should also make a copy of this map, change it to Creative, and add a download link. But whether you are a roleplayer, an adventurer(or used to be, then you took- nevermind!), or if you're fond of big cities, this is the right map for you.
Jun 13, 2012Happycat33210 posted a message on [CREATION/ADVENTURE] Vertoak City V11.0 Massive City (Amazing detail)This isn't the kind of city map I expected. After blowing up the volcano, I realized that this is the best city map ever!Posted in: Maps

Jul 4, 2013So, it's finally out! My thoughts about it is a mixed bag. It has a few really cool features, but in my opinion, this is the most underwhelming update since the micro updates between 2.0 and 3.0. 1.6 didn't destroy Minecraft, but it could have been much better. 1.7 is going to be focused on biomes, so I predict that it will be much better than 1.7.Posted in: News
What I liked:
What I didn't like:
-Hardened clay! Finally, a multi-color block similar to stone! And itself looks really nice, even without a dye. The only downfall is that the colors are a little off. (Bone meal dying it tan, cyan dye dying it gray, ect.)
-Leads! FINALLY! It's a really cool concept, and it's really useful. It makes it easier to transport animals to a breeding area. I haven't tried this yet, but my farm could consist of only wooden poles with animals attached via leads.
-Nametags! Now I can have a pet Creeper, and he won't despawn!
-Resource Packs! I have a feeling that the transition from Texture Packs to Resource Packs will be a tedious one, but hey, you can change sound effects and add music. That's cool.
-Coal blocks! I never really liked the way obsidian look, so coal blocks will make a good (yet expensive) replacement.
-Horses. They simply don't belong in Minecraft. They're simply too detailed. Also, they're only useful for travelling on roads and such, and that's what Minecarts are for. Pig riding is better for exploration than horses, because pigs aren't as bulky and they aren't too fast. So what purpose do horses serve? Decorating empty stables.
-Downgraded sprinting. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is just a bug, but if it isn't...
-The new Hunger system. I haven't noticed anything yet, but I won't rest until I know the hunger system isn't anything unbearable.
-Region difficulty and duplicating zombies. Don't get me wrong; I really like a good challenge. That's what hardcore mode is for. And that's where this feature belongs. I really like these ideas, but I have a feeling it will screw over build servers. When this is addressed, I will gladly put this feature under "What I like".
If there's incorrect facts, forgive me, I haven't done that much research, and I just now tested 1.6.
Aug 28, 20121.3 didn't add too much new content. 1.4, on the other hand, looks awesome.Posted in: News
Wheat Blocks- They will make farms look more realistic. They could be rotatable like logs, so you can use them to make a roof.
Flamethrowers- You can activate it with redstone. Useful for dungeons.
Pianos, Harps, and Drums- You can use it to play music. Maybe we can use flutes, trumpets, ect. as portable instruments!
Tape Recorders- You can find tapes in dungeons. When you place a tape in this block, it will play the mob's sound when activated with redstone.
Paths- You can use dirt, sand, gravel, and cobblestone. It's a 3D block, but you can walk through it.
TVs and Cameras- Based off of the unused block in PE. When you place a camera, use redstone to connect it to a TV.
Computers- You can check the time and weather, but that's not the only thing; You can make your own websites, and all players are able to view it on their computer! If you don't like Multiplayer, you can buy blocks and items online. There could even be a database similar to Minecraft wiki, showing crafting recipies, mob behavior, and more!
Console- Simply hook it up to your TV. You can play minigames on it.
Coal- Similar to paths, but you can warm it up. Hot coal slowly damages the player! If you use redstone, the damage rate is increased!
Concrete- Mostly decorative.

May 31, 2012At first I doubted that 1.3 would be exciting and worth it. Today? Too excited to wait! At first, I thought that exploring in Minecraft would be boring. With pyramids and jungle temples, I will definately leave no stone unturned(Literally!). Testificates were originally bunches of bald dudes with the smarts of a pig. They may become more advanced than NPCs from The Elder Scrolls.Posted in: News
All that 1.3 needs is some new mobs, like mummies for pyramids, then we have the best update ever.
Dec 31, 2011Happycat33210 posted a message on Notch Steps Down, Jeb Takes Lead Developer Position for MinecraftI flinched when I saw this thread. Notch did a good job developing Minecraft, so I will miss him. However, I also do believe that Jeb will do a great job making Minecraft grow for the rest of it's lifetime. Jeb will probably do the same as Notch did and give Minecraft to another worker. Then that worker to another worker. Minecraft's developement will be a tradition! They will make a Kinect version, so players feel like they're in the world of Minecraft. Sci-fi fans say that in the future, there will be games with extremely realistic graphics that you can go inside of. If that ever exsists, Minecraft will be made for that thing! I believe that even when all of us die, Minecraft will continue to grow without dying! It will become better until all life ends! That's NOT going to happen, so Minecraft will exsist FOREVER! Anybody agree?Posted in: News
